Located on the 2nd floor in a small pedestrian street in the historic heart of La Rochelle (rue des Mariettes), 50 m from the town hall, 100 m from the Market and 300 m from the Old Port, between 2 of the busiest shopping streets in La Rochelle (rue Saint-Yon and rue des Merciers).

Completely renovated and equipped in May 2013, it includes a BZ (bed 140 x 200 cm), a single bed (90 x 190 cm), an LCD TV, a micro-channel (Radio, CD, USB), a kitchen area ( Induction hobs, combined oven, fridge, toaster, coffee maker) and a shower room (shower, toilet, sink, hairdryer).

Bed linen and household linen can be supplied as an option.

Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und verlässlich!

Die Wohnung liegt zentral, ist trotzdem ruhig. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der tägliche Markt ganz in der Nähe ist sehenswert. Mittwochs und samstags der große Markt: ein Schlemmerfest! Ausflüge zur Île de Ré oder Île d´Oléron gut und preisgünstig mit dem Bus machbar. Die Wohnung ist sauber und gepflegt. Wir fahren gerne nochmals hin.

Nous avons passé une super semaine. Bruno et Philippe sont des hôtes accueillants et soucieux du bien être des locataires. Nous avons été reçu par Bruno. Situation idéale

Le logement est très propre, confortable et a une situation idéale au centre ville de La Rochelle. Le marché couvert et le vieux port sont à 5 minutes de marche à peine et tous les commerces sont à accessibles à pieds. Les propriétaires sont sympas et réactifs.

Excellent séjour dans un studio très bien aménagé situé dans une petite rue piétonne calme, à proximité de tous commerces. De plus les propriétaires sont très accueillants et très sympathiques. Nous recommandons vivement cette location qui nous a permis de découvrir les charmes et les atouts de la Rochelle.

Estancia Inolvidable

Hola, Estuvimos del 22 al 27 de agosto con nuestra hija de 12 años. El apartamento responde perfectamente a lo q se pública en la página. Súper céntrico dentro del centro histórico, por lo q su ubicación es perfecta. Estaba muy limpio y cuidado. Sus dueños muy amables nos indicaron todo lo q debíamos saber sobre parkings gratuitos y cercanos para aparcar el coche, así como la tarjeta o pase de transportes...y todo aquello q les pareció q debíamos saber para movernos por allí y q toda esa información nos vino muy bien (alquiler de bicicletas, excursión a la isla de Re y playas...etc.) Muchas gracias Philippe y Bruno, sobre todo por vuestra amabilidad. Repetiría sin lugar a dudas y lo recomendaré con toda seguridad. Una estancia inolvidable en un entorno sorprendente.
