This spectacular villa is a second-floor end unit with vaulted ceilings and lagoon and park views. Your convenient location puts you about 350 yards from beach access and a short walk to nearby parks and local restaurants.

The entire condo has been recently updated with new flooring, paint, furniture, lighting, and smart TVs in every room. The group chef will love the full kitchen and its granite countertops to prepare meals for everyone. Store leftovers in the new stainless steel refrigerator and use the dishwasher for easy cleanup. Afterward, use the high-speed internet to catch up on some remote work or lounge blissfully on the deck or the vaulted screen-in porch. Be sure to take advantage of the new washer and dryer, as well as the linens and bath towels after taking a relaxing shower in one of the full bathrooms. Wind down for the evening in one of the cozy bedrooms as you watch your favorite shows on the smart TVs and serenely fall asleep.

Filled with Charm and in a Great Location

This condo is perfect - from the charming decor to how clean it was. It was a 2 minute walk to the beach, 3 minute walk to The Nest Cafe, and with easy car access in and out of the community. We loved everything about it and highly recommend it. We will be visiting again!

First Trip to beautiful Kiawah Island

Thank you for allowing us to bring our dog along. She loved the beach & the ocean, walking in the leaves & watching the kids play soccer. Furniture, etc in home was very nice. Deco very restful. Loved the screen porch. Kiawah Island is beautiful. We will definitely visit it again (from Wisconsin)

Quick stay in Kiawah

Condo was centrally located, clean, and equipped with what we needed. Also, comfy sofa and throws in the closet to snuggle up in while watching tv. Unless we just didn’t locate the switch, would suggest lights coming up the outside stairs. Little tricky to navigate after dark.

I Highly Recommend This Fabulous Getaway!

This Villa is so charming and perfectly situated on the Island. It is a 3 minute walk to the beach and a 5 minute drive to the shopping/restaurant area while still feeling private and secluded. The home's amenities and furnishings are all top notch. It is warm and welcoming. I cannot recommend it enough.
