The condo was perfect in every way! The only disappointment was there not being any coffee provided, this was the first vrbo we have stayed at with no coffee for the coffee pot. There was a coffee shop that was cute and nearby so we went there! Otherwise everything else was spot on!

We were only there for an overnight stop, so it fit our needs for a family of 5. Plenty of room. Getting into and out of the rental was fine. It is definately time to upgrade the beds, but keeping the windows open and listenting to the creek run by at night was really plesant.

A nice condo right by the mountain. Thoughtfully laid out, clean, and convenient. I would add that it overlooks the parking lot, but that this means that the neighboring creek can be heard from the patio and main bedroom, which was lovely.

The unit was ok. Check in and check out is ok as long as you follow the instructions from Vacasa. The shower could use a good scrub. It has an anti slip mat that really needs to be replaced. Also mildew in the shower. The shower liner is pretty gross. The owners needs to take the previous reviews seriously because the mattresses need to be replaced. But overall a nice unit and good value. If you’re looking for great mountain views, this is not your spot

Great location and comfortable space

Very nice property to stay in. I may have misread the listing as I did not realize that the laundry was communal and in the hall. It was fine overall. The space was comfortable. It looked like the shades were new however I would highly recommend black out curtains over it. The location was excellent.

It was well equipped but beds are not that nice and the home was not cleaned well. They said that a power outage caused that but couldn’t get cleaners in the next day. It is nicely located in Girdwood with awesome restaurant close by, jacks sprat.

Great location, comfortable condo with everything you need. I would suggest brighter light bulbs in the bedrooms. It was a little dark. Also, please check the microwave door. I think there is a screw loose or missing.

instructions for Shower

we found this condo sufficient for our 2 day visit. Cozy sleeping accommodations but the living room and kitchen area was good for the 6 of us. One suggestion we have is for the owners to place an instruction sheet on how to use the shower. Luckily, I had seen this type once before but its not very intuitive so suggest a note near the shower. thank you!
