Sunrise Ridge is an immaculate two bedroom, 2 bath log cabin with seasonal Mountain View. First time in rental program and proudly with Buckhorn Cabin Rentals at Lake Buckhorn, between Ellijay and Blue Ridge, Ga.

NOTE: (We do not photoshop our photos. What you see is exactly as the cabin is!)

So why choose Sunrise Ridge?

First off, you are booking with Buckhorn Cabin Rentals. BCR owners, Jim and Carolyn, live within walking distance of all BCR rentals and each one gets personal attention. With BCR you will not be charged additional administrative fees, booking fees or guest service fees.

Our policy is knowing our guests, not treating our guests as a credit card number, but as a guest that should be treated the same way we would like to be treated.

The property manager, Jim, will contact you to provide you with all the info your need to locate and access your cabin.

And, Jim is only two minutes away, 24/7 to answer any questions or address any problem.

Then #2, what you see is what you get. NO, trick lenses. No "Photoshopping" !
We are praised by guests saying that they are getting exactly what they saw online, or even surprised that in real life what they are getting is even better!!

Sunrise Ridge has very comfy queen beds, smart HDTV’s, DVD player, games and books. Very well equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and all anyone needs to prepare a nice family meal, but who wants to cook when you could be out exploring and enjoying our North Georgia Mountains?!! Seniors will Love the quiet relaxing atmosphere !!

Sunrise is dog friendly with limits and pet fee ( check with manager). One small-medium dog 25/30 pounds. Service dogs always welcome!!

No hot tub, so you are not paying for one you may not use. Upper and lower decks for relaxing and nice Mountain View. Seasonal and Unique portable propane fire pit for lower deck!! Also you will find a propane 4 burner grill for your steaks, hot dogs and burgers!

Have breakfast on the deck/porch or just your morning coffee and enjoy our sunrises. Entertain or just relax with a glass of our local wine in the evening or on our well lighted lower deck. Bring the bottle, some cheese and crackers, you will not want to leave. Lol!!

All paved roads except short driveway. No need for 4x4. 15 minutes to either Blue Ridge or Ellijay. Convenient to shopping, sight seeing, Apple Festival, dining and adventure activities!

You will want to return to Sunrise Ridge often to soak up our quiet and beautiful mountains.

Perfect weekend getaway

The cabin was beautiful and clean. Plenty of space for the four of us. It was in the perfect location for everything we wanted to do in Ellijay and Blueridge.

Secluded and quiet

Enjoyed the beautiful and clean cabin. The deco and furniture was perfect! My husband and I enjoyed the recliner chairs. The host was very nice. The road leading to the property isn't bad at all. My only minor complaint is, I am not a fan of the overgrowth of the trees and shrubbery. We will return to this area, so peaceful.

Quick New Years Re-Charge Getaway

After battling a two year illness and not having anytime away other than for medical appointments, we decided to take a last minute trip to Ellijay for New Years. A dear friend told me about this amazing place as I had never even heard of it. We were so pleasantly surprised when we arrived to the cleanest, most pristine cabin tucked away in the perfect location. The friendly communication with the owner prior to arrival and when needed was superb. True southern hospitality. The cabin couldn’t have been more perfect for our family of three. I don’t think that I have ever seen a place so spotless in all my life. Kudos to the the cleaning crew because they are truly incredible. There is not one single thing that hasn’t been thought of in this home away from home. My daughter was so impressed by the s’mores sticks😊. The cabin is so beautifully decorated. It honestly looked like something out of a magazine. We could not have loved the cabin or our visit anymore. We are already planning when we can go back as we didn’t want to leave. We thank you so much for everything.
