We purchased this condo pre-construction for its overlooking the pool so that we could watch our children yet facing the beach so the view is perfect! We are on 2nd floor so we are up high enough for a perfect view but low enough that we can sit on the balcony and see what is happening in the pool. added extra is that we are by the stairs so you can bypass the elevator when it is busy in the summer. The location of this condo was soooooo perfect that we purchased the EXACT same unit in the EXACT location/view in another tower when it was built. You will not be disappointed
