Great family home near town and beach

Really well equipped house with a lovely garden. We were three families on holiday together and this was perfect. A very short walk through a lovely town to the beach. The house itself was super - with everything you could want for. We had a brilliant week, loved the beach, the town and especially the house.

Annonce trompeuse.

Séjour d'une semaine en famille ( 3 adultes et 7 enfants). Nous avions été séduits par les photos ( du jardin par exemple) et des deux douches disponibles. Dans les faits, les photos sont trompeuses: la banne solaire est absente, le portique de jeux extérieur n'est pas celui de la photo et est instable voire dangereux, le jardin et la terrasse sont jonchés de feuilles mortes datant de l'automne et, au fond de l'espace extérieur se trouve une piscine hors sol vide et remplie de vase très dangereuse pour des enfants en bas âge. De plus, l'annonce mentionne une cabine de douche dans une des chambres. Celle-ci est bien présente mais un papier mentionne sur celle-ci qu'elle ne peut être utilisée que pour des douches courtes. Dans la réalité, même un adulte aux cheveux courts ne peut s'y laver tellement le débordement est rapide. Cela donne comme résultat de se laver à 10 dans une seule salle de bain! Le prix demandé est donc disproportionné par rapport aux prestations de la maison qui, par ailleurs mériterait un gros nettoyage de fond. La situation de celle-ci et le calme du quartier sont des points positifs à noter.

Très belle maison pour une grande famille avec enfants.

La maison est vraiment très bien équipée et est parfaite si vous avez des petits enfants car le jardin est bien clôturé et des jeux d'extérieur sont présents (toboggan, petite maison,...). La situation de la maison est assez exceptionnelle. Vous êtes au calme tout en étant à 5 minutes à pied du centre. A refaire.

vrai maison de vacances

Très bien situé, il est possible de tout faire à pied : les courses, les randos dans les dunes, la plage .... Avec des enfants c'est l'idéal ! Jardin clos, balançoires, maisonnette et foret "vierge" ! Pour les repas, parfait, une table à l'ombre et une table au soleil...pour satisfaire tout le monde. A l'intérieur la pièce à vivre est spacieuse et on se sent vite à l'aise. Nous avons découvert Hardelot et beaucoup aimé l'ambiance vacances.

Très agréable séjour dans jolie villa très bien équipée

La villa correspondait en tous points à la description faite sur l'annonce. Les relations avec les propriétaires très courtoises et la procédure d'arrivée bien expliquée. Bel espace extérieur, bien exploité par les enfants. Equipement intérieur : vaisselle, jeux, infos... complet. Points qui pourraient être améliorés: - douche dans la chambre: porte non étanche ce qui entraîne des écoulements d'eau sur le sol de la chambre. Nous n'avons pas oser l'utiliser et une seule douche pour une famille c'est un peu juste. -explications supplémentaires sur le tri des déchets: les déchets biodégradables ( épluchures, restes alimentaires...) ne sont pas repris dans les déchets verts. Est-ce à dire qu'ils doivent aller avec les déchets ménagers?

Emplacement idéal et maison agréable

Nous avons passé un séjour entre amis très agréable. La maison est très bien située: à 2 minutes du centre et 5 minutes de la plage. Il y a tout sur place. Un jardin très agréables, 4 chambres pour tout le monde et un accueil très sympathique. Nous recommandons fortement cette location et y reviendrons sûrement.

Schönes Haus und vor allem sehr schöne Lage nah am Strand in einer echt schönen Gegend. Vom Ruhrgebiet in 5 Stunden mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Hier gibts echtes Meer mit Muscheln am Strand usw.

La maison est très agréable et à 2 pas du centre ville et de la mer. Avec ses 4 chambres et son vaste séjour, nous étions à l'aise (nous étions 2 couples et 5 enfants). La cuisine est parfaitement équipée, il ne manque rien. Les enfants ont pu profiter du jardin qui est sécurisé. Nous reviendrons.avec plaisir.
