Why they chose this property
Best location in the most exclusive Hampton village. So close to everything (in the middle of the east end) – easy access to all Hampton towns, top restaurants and shops, but also a secluded world away from the party scene, and close to one of the most beloved beaches in the Hamptons (Sagg Main Beach).
What makes this property unique
Stunning outdoor living space for entertaining: large heated pool, charming pool house, spacious mahogany deck with full sun where you can choose the shade of mature trees, or full shade of a remote-control awning. Great layout ensures privacy when two families are sharing – two bedrooms on main floor with two bathrooms, and two bedrooms upstairs with bathroom.
