About this property

Discounted Oceanfront Unit with Amazing Views!

Whether you are looking for a "private" beach, a swim in a heated pool, or just want to take a few steps out to a lanai that almost reaches the beach, you will find it in our condo. You can sit on the lanai and watch the whales frolic (during the season) or watch the surfers and the beautiful sunsets over the islands of Lana'i and Molokai. Our unit is stocked with all of the accessories that you need, including beach towels, chairs, and linens for a perfect Maui vacation. Starter sets for the bathroom and kitchen are provided along with wifi internet and parking.

Entrance to the ocean is from a sea ladder at one end of the property, and from a secluded beach cove at the other end. One of the big surprises at Kuleana is the grounds. Paths lead you in and out of the many sitting and meditation spots located along its long ocean coastline. Each unit is only about fifty feet from the water, giving fabulous ocean views, framed by palm trees. Each evening tiki torches are lit along the coast to enhance that special romantic moment of seeing a Maui sunset. A full-service laundry facility is a few steps from your front door. Unit provided with laundry detergent for your use.

My Wife and I really enjoyed our stay here, from sunrise to sunset. Watching the turtles in the surf was amazing to watch. The location of this condo was perfect for us, we love this part of the island. We’re definitely coming back to Kuleana for our next visit to Maui.

Wonderful Maui stay

This is our second stay at the resort. The whales and turtles were very active and easily viewed from the balcony! Dont be scared of the small square footage, it seems much larger and well stocked! Highly recommend!

Can’t ask for a better location. Quick access to many great beaches and a lanai over looking the water and beautiful sunsets. The grounds were awesome as well as the pool. Swimming and snorkeling without having to even get in your car.

Wonderful location. Great place to stay for a couple. We could watch the whales from our balcony and then watch the turtles feed on the beach below. Loved our time here. Great central location and easy beach access, close to a lot of beaches and Lahaina. The turtles swimming right out back past the lanai were an added bonus. Picture perfect location!

Brought my mom to Hawaii for her first time at 77. This was the perfect spot for us! The balcony looks right onto the water. You can watch turtles eating at any time of day, as well as, see dolphins and flying fish in the distance. Sunsets every night are stunning. A perfect place to put your feet up and read a book in the afternoon. The condo itself is older and a little dated but had everything we needed. I would stay here again anytime!

We had a nice stay here, although the bedroom being right next to the stairwell was pretty noisy. We ended sleeping on the pull out sofa with the sliding door open. Falling asleep to the sounds of the ocean was really lovely. One odd thing was that all our paperwork said our checkout time was 11am, but I got a message from the manager than we had to be out by 10 and then the cleaning crew came by at 9:30 as I was scrambling to pack. I felt rushed and that was less than ideal.

Great, affordable resort room right on the beach!

My wife and I had a fantastic time at this resort. Everything was beautiful and lush and the property was well kept. The private beach was just steps away from our room! We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony every night and watching the sun go down on the ocean...very relaxing. If we come back to Maui again, we will likely try to rent this place again.
