Appartement charmant mais manque de propreté
La vue au top, environnement calme et un appartement de vacances bien équipé, mais il fallait pas regarder en détail la propreté. À première vue c'etait bien mais des tâches de vieux aliments dans le frigo, les portes et les coins de la douche, tout les coins de l'appart difficile d'accès, de la vaisselle sale, machine à café non vidé,.. avec un peu plus de soin un super appartement ;)

Un séjour ressourçant car besoin d'espace et de liberté pour vagabonder en toute simplicité. Fait beaucoup de photos et de découvertes. Connaissais déjà St Pierre pour y avoir séjourné déjà plusieurs fois. Maid franchement Gruissan me fait penser à l'île de Ré .

Très bon accueil d'Alain, gardien de la copropriété. Appartement au calme, lumineux, confortable, fonctionnel et bien équipé. Vue magnifique sur le port de plaisance depuis baie vitrée. Lever de soleil splendide. Proche des quelques commerces du port de plaisance ouverts en période hivernale. Proche du vieux Gruissan, des Salins et de la plage des Chalets. Manquerait peut-être wifi. A refaire !

Très bien pour un séjour au calme, village à proximité (10 mn à pied) avec toutes les commodités. Pour la plage, c'est un peu plus loin.
Il y a tout ce qu'il faut dans l'appartement et la communication avec le propriétaire est excellente.
