This home is located 5 miles from Busch Gardens HOWL-O-SCREAM 2023 and University of South Florida USF. Also it is 1.9 miles from I-275 that leads to downtown Tampa, Orlando or to Clearwater Beach.

Walking distance to pickleball court and playground for children.

Super large pool home with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. An extra 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment on site can also be added if you need more room.

On the main floor, you have 1 master bedroom with a King size bed and a door to the adjacent bathroom, the living room, the kitchen and laundry room. Upstairs you have 3 more bedrooms (2 with King beds and 1 with a Queen bed) and two full bathrooms.

TVs in the living room and in all 4 bedrooms with streaming apps.

The pool is Not heated however our Tampa climate during winter months is said to be mild.

NOTE:
1) An Addtl guest fee of $50/guest applies after 5 guests to cover the added utilities.
2) If you need more room, you can add an attached 1 bedroom apartment and have room for 3 more. The apartment is Not rented separately. It is upstairs and has its own separate driveway and entrance.

Property worked well for the entire family. Pool area was very nice. The property’s location was good for visiting Busch Gardens and Adventure Island. The kids enjoyed the neighborhood park.

Thanksmas Vacation!

My family and I stayed at this property from 11/24-11/27 for an early Thanksgiving & Christmas dinner before I return to work overseas. The overall review, we loved it. I would definitely use this property again and recommend it to others.

Great location - easy access to freeway

Great open layout. Plenty of rooms. Kitchen fully stocked with all cookware, utensils, etc. Nice relaxing backyard by the pool. Did a lot of walking in the neighborhood for exercise. Location is perfect for where you need to go.

A fun way to have a family reunion

The property appealed to me because of its distance from my home and another family home. The location was great and the house size for our party of seven was wonderful. The large kitchen was great and sitting by the pool early evening was also nice. Would re-book for this type of occasion and recommend to family or friends looking for a home to rent instead of staying in a hotel.

National Soccer tournament

The space was perfect for us to share with the other soccer family on my son's team. We enjoyed each having our own room/space but appreciated having the living room and massive kitchen to spend together between games.

We enjoyed our stay and the house was very clean. Kitchen area is beautiful but the bedrooms and exterior could use some updating. Wish we had known that one of the queen beds in a guest room was a blow up mattress.

Note the current twin bed in that same room has a trundle bed under that comes up to make a Queen/King bed that could have been used instead of the air bed. Family Gathering*

My family came together from different states to celebrate our youngest Granddaughters 1st birthday, the house was perfect for us, very spacious. I loved the kitchen, I'm a cook and was able to prepare all our meals easily and the dining area let us sit as a family and enjoy. The bedrooms were spacious, with comfortable beds. We enjoyed spending our days in and around the pool. The house was just what I was looking for to just spend time with family. Easy to rent, enter and communicate with host.

Nice Large Place

Very nice property with huge kitchen and perfect outdoor pool area. There was an issue with pools suction system that could hurt someone if not careful. Owners know now and were to get in touch with someone to fix. We did have a wasp nest in a room on the curtains, we removed the curtains and have let the owner know as well. Overall a very nice time and location. Thank you.

the ac wasn’t cold in the masters just a fan and also the rug in the bathroom was dirty and the towels were super thin like paper .. i tried to sleep upstairs one of the beds had some foam on it that was miserable couldn’t sleep on it we left early went to a hotel also the cover on the chair in the downstairs bedroom was dirty

The Air Conditioner unit is actually brand new (less than 1 year old) and it works great. It is typically set at 72 degrees. The smart thermostat is on the kitchen wall and can easily be adjusted so we are not sure why it was not. We have a 3" King mattress topper upstairs for added comfort. There are (at the very least) 2 large towels on each bed (total 8) plus hand towels, wash clothes and extra towels in the main closet to choose from with several very thick towels (nothing thin). Our bathroom rug got washed with every stay but it was bright orange in the main bathroom so it may have appeared stained so we replaced it. We hope you read our highly rated reviews from happy family gatherings and you decide to come visit us in Tampa FL.

Great Property for a Large Party

We were very impressed with this property and the management. The owner was always quick to respond to questions and asked us how things were going midway through the stay. We felt the listing accurately portrayed the house and pool area. We had plenty of room for the 9 of us in the house. The beds were for the most part comfortable. The kitchen came stocked with everything we needed. The grill worked well for us. The pool was great. The abundance of pool toys made it more fun. The washer and dryer worked well. Check-in and out were very easy.The only downside I could see was that the water pressure was a little low for our tastes, but that happens.

Nice home

The home is interesting; every room is a step up. When arriving, the lights weren’t on and I immediately tripped and fell up the one stair that goes into the bedroom. The stairs to the 2nd floor is steep too. The home is located in a quiet area and very safe. The front door pad lock never worked, but there was a key available. I wish I was warned about the step.

Jennifer - Thank you for your comments about our safe neighborhood. We always make sure to leave the outside Welcome lights on and the inside foyer lights was also turned on prior to your arrival. Our main light switches are just 2 inches from the front door and light up the entire main living area going to the bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. We've even added a timer on a lamp that goes on automatically by the front door just in case. Having said that, we are truly sorry you tripped on the step to the lower bedroom. The step threat already has a reflective Yellow and Black caution tape that is quite obvious to most but we appreciate the feedback and will add a note in the arrival process to ensure our guests turn on the remaining living room lights and watch for the step up.

We all felt that the cleanliness of the property did not meet our standards. The kitchen was well equipped with everything imaginable. The outside area could use some care.It was disappointing that we could not drop off luggage earlier than 4 and 10:00 check out is early. We could have extended hours for a 70/ hour fee. We do not think we would book at this property again.

Thanksgiving with my father

Thank you for being a pet friendly home. We were able to have a thanksgiving dinner with our Florida family without worrying about out pets health and safety. The home provided the space we needed to be together. We had fun playing cards, games and twister with the kids and grandkids. The air hockey table was a plus. It is a very quiet neighborhood and we were able to relax around the pool. The plumbing needs to be given some attention soon. However, the home did serve it purpose and I thank you again for allowing me to have my pet .
