East Chop Beach House w/Pool

Fabulous new house in East Chop completed in 2019 located in the heart of East Chop. The house is well appointed, very comfortable and a perfect spot for a Vineyard Holiday.

The First Floor is an open concept design with an attached 3 season room leading to the pool, outdoor shower & bathroom.
The Second Floor consists of 2 master suites each with a king size bed and a third bedroom with XL twin Bunk Beds and a full bathroom across the hall.
The Third Floor will have a full bath, 1 bedroom with a queen bed and 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds.

Private Patio with a 16' x 32' pool, outdoor shower and kingsley bates furniture set. The pool will be set to 81 degrees in July and August. In June & September, the pool can be heated to 81 for an additional $500.

1 mile from Oak Bluffs Harbor and East Chop Beach Club.

The pool will be set at 81 degrees in July & Aug. For an additional $500 (To cover propane cost), the pool can be heated to 81 in June and Sept.
October through May the pool is closed and the outdoor furniture is put away.

The MOST AMAZING home ever!

The owners have thought of literally everything. Bedrooms (with amazing beds) and bathrooms for everyone, TVs in every room, a fully appointed kitchen (even a built-in wine cooler), outdoor shower with changing room, outdoor bathroom, a storage room with pool and lawn toys, beach chairs...literally everything. The lawn and gardens are immaculate, there is plenty of parking, and truly, the house is incredible! The owner was easy to work with and made everything so easy. I would highly recommend this property to anyone!

East Chop Gem - Great Vacation Home with Great Location!

It was a pleasure to stay at the Eastchop Beach House for two weeks! The home has a spacious layout and is very nicely decorated and with 2 master suites it accommodates two families perfectly. The 3rd floor space is an excellent hangout for older children. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the overall outdoor area! The home’s location is central to everything in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. Definitely planning to return!

Great vacation home!

Our family really enjoyed the house and pool for the week! Great extra space on the 3rd floor for teenagers to hang out. Chris was easy to get in touch with when I had any questions! Nice location in a quiet neighborhood.
