Casa Mia is a beautiful, romantic Spanish house with fantastic sea views. Through the beautiful front garden you come to the front door. Through the hall you reach two 2-person bedrooms. Master bedroom with door to terrace bathroom with shower, toilet and children's bath and a 2 single bedroom. The living room with a very fully equipped open kitchen. Through the dining room and terrace you can go to the ground floor, where the apartment is located. This is also equipped with a 2-person bedroom, kitchen, shower and toilet. Very suitable for a young couple in love, but also when Grandpa and Grandma come along!
Here are 2 large terraces with swimming pool and beautiful garden with palms and flowering plants. Everywhere in the house and on the terraces you have a wonderful sea view and valley view.
You will see Ibiza in clear weather.

Merveilleux

Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances à la casa de Mia. La maison est très belle et bien équipée. Tout le confort nécessaire pour passer de belles vacances. Le cadre est magnifique, la végétation autour de la maison est superbe et très bien entretenue. Il y a plein d’endroits pour se reposer ou pour partager un apéro ou un repas. La piscine est top et la vue sur la mer ajoute un plus au cadre. La personne qui s’occupe de la maison est plutôt disponible et bien sympathique. L’endroit idéal pour se reposer au calme. Nous y retournerons certainement.

Magnifique vue panoramique mais prestations insuffisantes et usagées

Nous avons loué la villa les 15 premiers jours d'août 2018. La vue panoramique de la villa est exceptionnelle. (Mer et montagne). Le quartier est paisible. Nous y avons passé de très bonnes vacances malgré quelques soucis qui auraient pu être évités : Dans la salle de bain de l'étage : Odeur âcre et fuite huileuse sous le meuble du lavabo. Les ustensiles de cuisine mériteraient d'être changés : Les poêles, le faitout et la casserole sont usés et rouillés. En fait, il n'y a que très peu d'ustensiles pour cuisiner et ils sont en très mauvais état. Pas de saladier. Le four et le micro ondes étaient très sales. Il y a également un problème au niveau de l'électricité, puisque régulièrement nous avons reçu des petites décharges électriques dans la douche de l'appartement du bas et sur la plaque électrique, ainsi qu'à l'étage dans l'évier et le lave vaisselle. Les ampoules des escaliers extérieurs, de la terrasse de l'étage ainsi que celles sous le palmier étaient grillées. Bien sûr, nous avons aussitôt averti les propriétaires et la personne qui nous a remis les clés. On nous a promis qu'un électricien viendrait... On nous a gentiment fait patienter jusqu'à la fin des vacances, sans que rien ne soit fait. Nous sommes donc très déçus de ce manque de considération.
