Yvan et Sylvie ont Ă©tĂ© trĂšs disponibles et sympathiques. Les seules remarques Ă  faire seraient la rue assez passante (mais un double vitrage assez efficace), ainsi qu'un rĂ©frigĂ©rateur peut ĂȘtre un peu petit pour plus de deux personnes. L'appartement est trÚs agréable, malgré la rue passante. Tout est propre, l'accueil par les propriétaires fut bon, chaleureux. un bémol, mais pas dû aux propriétaires: pas d'internet pendant toute la durée du séjour ! il faudrait ajouter quelques saladiers et récipients de cuisine, une carafe pour l'eau. Les plaques électriques marchent bien mais c'est énergivore ! une plaque à induction 2 feux, ce n'est pas cher et économe en énergie. Merci. Aube

Accueil sympathique. Propriétaires à l'écoute, disponibles et réactifs. Location trÚs agréable, trÚs propre. Grande terrasse appréciable. Logement bien placé par rapport à la plage, aux sentiers de randonnée et au petit centre ville : tout à pieds ! Un léger bémol cependant en ce qui concerne les bruits de la route et les grincements de plancher du voisin du dessus, voisin par ailleurs trÚs discret : malheureusement, des bruits non maßtrisables... mais puisqu'on me demande mon avis, je le donne totalement ! :-)

an enjoyable stay

We have stayed in both apartments of Yvan & Sylvie, and have no problem in recommending their use to anyone. On the plus side, both apartments have an outside table and seating area, facing due south, and gets the sun all day. They are clean, and are adequately stocked with crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. There is satellite international tv, and an excellent internet feed. The local village has a small supermarket, which sells everything, and a bread shop - whose products are superb !! There is a local market 2 times per week, for fresh produce. There are also some restaurants and bars. The beach itself, is kept clean, and is a blue flag beach. On the negative side, there is no washing machine in the studio. There is a reasonable bus service through the village, but for convenience, you will really need a car.

Aucun d'ustensile de cuisine, Casserole, poĂȘle fiable , pas de plat pour faire un peu de cuisine , pas de four, un Micro Onde dĂ©suet, pas de congĂ©lateur tout petit frigidaire et surtout un inventaire hallucinant ; 4 pages avec le nombre de rayures sur les meubles et les tables ; ainsi que le nombre de vis et de chevilles avec la marque "MOLY" etc etc etc ... incroyable .... Vous entendez les voisins du dessus plus que votre voisin de Plage .... Enfin, tout sauf cette location....

Comme nous Ă©tions deux couples et une enfant, Yvan et Sylvie nous ont aussi louĂ©s le studio mitoyen Ă  l’appartement. Nous avons ainsi bĂ©nĂ©ficiĂ© d’un espace confortable, trĂšs bien amĂ©nagĂ© et dĂ©corĂ©. La grande terrasse sous son store-banne est une vraie piĂšce Ă  vivre parfaitement exposĂ©e plein Sud. Tout Ă©tant Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de nous, nous n’avons pas eu Ă  utiliser notre voiture. La plage toute proche de Mr Hulot est grande, belle, trĂšs bien entretenue et surtout bien surveillĂ©e pour les enfants. Yvan et Sylvie ont Ă©tĂ© accueillants et nous ont trĂšs bien conseillĂ©s. Un seul bĂ©mol : une journĂ©e Ă  Nantes sous la pluie

Nous avons louĂ© cet appartement Ă  l’annĂ©e avant qu’il ne soit refait Ă  neuf. Lumineux, trĂšs propre et trĂšs bien agencĂ©, il nous a donnĂ© entiĂšre satisfaction. IdĂ©alement placĂ© dans le centre de St Marc sur Mer, nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© d’ĂȘtre Ă  deux pas de tous les commerces : boulangeries, supermarchĂ©s, tabac presse, agence postale, pharmacie, le marchĂ© tous les jeudis et dimanches ainsi que de nombreux restaurants dont plusieurs Ă  des prix trĂšs abordables. Ne possĂ©dant pas de voiture, nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© de mĂȘme d’ĂȘtre bien desservi par les lignes de bus pour nous rendre Ă  Saint-Nazaire frĂ©quemment et rĂ©guliĂšrement Ă  La Baule. La plage de M. Hulot, toute proche aussi de l’appartement, est parfaite pour les familles. SurveillĂ©e pendant tout l’étĂ©, elle bĂ©nĂ©ficie d’une excellente exposition et on peut s’y baigner Ă  marĂ©e basse comme Ă  marĂ©e haute. D’autres plages fort sympathiques sont Ă  dĂ©couvrir dans les alentours (La Courance, Le Grand Traict, Les Jaunais
). L’esprit village et l’authenticitĂ© de cette petite station balnĂ©aire nous a vraiment enchantĂ©. Pour tout cela et pour les excellentes relations que nous avons entretenu avec les propriĂ©taires, nous recommandons sans restriction cette location.
