Perfect Vacation House with Private Pool in New Seabury
*Of note, we didn't rent in 2024 or 2025 for personal use, thus no reviews for those years* A gorgeous 3 bedroom and 2 full bath house with pool in the luxurious New Seabury. Includes wireless cable internet ! Quiet and private, this retreat sleeps 6 comfortably. Recently upgrades in 2023, kitchen completely upgraded, master bedroom king size Bob-O-Pedic bed and bedroom set, 2nd bedroom queen sized Bob-O-Pedic bed and bedroom set. Living room couches as well. Take a swim in the pool, BBQ and relax on the back deck, or take a stroll on the beach less than a mile away. You can visit the many local beaches, golf at the nearby courses, shop at Mashpee Commons, play miniature golf, attend the summer concert series, walk or hike the resorts trails, bike anywhere, fish, or ... do nothing and sit on the back deck, grill up some steaks and swim in your own pool!

We have owned our Cape house since 2005. For a few years, one of our parents lived here and took great care of it. We vacation there every summer for a few weeks with our 3 kids and have created great memories there. We currently live in Chelmsford, MA and run an entertainment company as well as perform around new England with our own group.
Why they chose this property
This is home is our treasure! We love staying there and have kept it up so its very comfortable and relaxing to stay in. The backyard pool area is the place to be. We bar-b-que on the deck almost every night and swim late in to the night.
What makes this property unique
This lovely house is a private oasis. If you read our reviews, all of our guests say that. Your own pool and deck and very private.
