Quiet area near Normandy

A lovely quiet home that is close to museums and beaches. A short walk takes you to a beautiful pasture and old church ruin. The home is clean and the host is available for questions.

Wonderful House on Normandy Coast

Beautiful home in historic location amongst the fields and coast of Normandy. Well appointed home with fully equipped kitchen, clean and stylishly kept. We stayed here to do a family tour of the D Day invasion beaches and locations and this was perfect. We hope to return sometime.

Great for families

This was the perfect place for our family during our Caen, Bayeaux, Landing Beaches stay. We have a daughter with a food allergy and it’s nice to be able to cook for her. The house was equipped with everything we needed. The hosts were amazing, and promptly answered when we reached out. Hope we will be able to come visit again!

We had a fantastic weeks holiday in this beautiful cottage. SĂšverine is a wonderful host and has thought of every detail to make the stay perfect. The garden is wonderful. The kitchen super equipped. The bedrooms all very comfortable. All beautifully clean and tastefully decorated. Loads of tourist information provided. A short drive to many wonder places. Beautiful Normandy Lovely Central Location

If you’re wanting to visit Omaha beach, this location allows you to walk to the beach to the cemetery to the museum and it’s a short drive to the other beaches from this location as well as Mont St Michel is a great day trip. Bayeux to see the Tapestry should not be missed. It is close to many wonderful French cafes and restaurants. All of whom spoke English and were extremely helpful. Or bring your own groceries as the kitchen is well appointed. There was so much room in the cottage. We could’ve had additional guest without any issues. Parking is not an issue as there is room for 3 to 4 cars behind the gate There is a game room, which we didn’t use, but would be great for families. The outdoor space has loads of little areas in the garden. Where are you could spend hours. I couldn’t have been happier the owner was so accommodating. I happily recommend So Sweet and would go again!

Nous nous sommes de suite sentis Ă  notre aise dans cette maison. Tout y est pour se sentir comme chez soi. Le jardin est agrĂ©able pour tous et les tout petits peuvent s’y promener sans danger et s’y amuser. L’emplacement est idĂ©al: au calme et Ă  proximitĂ© de tout. Fantastic House

Ein rundherum gelungener Urlaub!

Wir (vier Erwachsene 60+) haben die ruhige Lage unweit des Meeres und mitten in einer lĂ€ndlichen Umgebung sehr geschĂ€tzt. Das Haus selbst bietet alles, was man fĂŒr einen gemĂŒtlichen Aufenthalt benötigt, die KĂŒche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Langeweile hatte angesichts der zahlreichen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten und des Spieleangebots (Flipper,...!) keine Chance. Dank der sehr sympathischen Severine fĂŒhlten wir uns als GĂ€ste vom ersten Augenblick an sehr wohl! Inge C.

Location trÚs agréable, trÚs bien équipée et confortable. La literie était confortable, les sanitaires propres et agréables et le chauffage par le sol efficace. I am SĂ©verine, married and mother of 4 children aged 1 year to 9 years. I live less than 10 minutes from our holiday home, near Port en Bessin. My family and I love this little corner of Normandy. We have both the beach and the countryside, the city and the picturesque villages, and finally a place steeped in history.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with this house because we love old stones. Located near the beach, it allows us to go quickly to the beach. Or, to lie in the garden, in the shade of a tree with a good book while the children enjoy the outdoor games.
In case of bad weather, a good fire warms the atmosphere quickly and offers moments of family or recreational cocooning with board games.

What makes this property unique

On the road to the landing beaches, near Bayeux, its museums, its cathedral and its animations, medieval during the summer as well as those of the Normandy coast ... A modern house and well arranged with all the comfort with a relaxing and spacious garden and a table tennis table sheltered.
A games room is offered with a real football table, a pinball machine and a dart board.
