Close to both hospitals, U. of Lynchburg, Randolph College, and Liberty U. Private entrance and parking, with yard and covered patio. Step-free access to a furnished 2-bedroom apartment with den, living room, efficiency kitchen, breakfast area, full laundry, walk-in closet, and private bathroom with tiled tub and shower. Laptop work area, Smart TV, and Wi-Fi.
Great location for parents visiting students, completing "intensive" courses, attending athletic events, or visiting historic sites nearby. Perfect for visiting nurses and doctors. Minutes to the University of Lynchburg, Randolph College, 2 hospitals, and 5 minutes to increasingly vibrant downtown Lynchburg. 15 minutes to Liberty University.
Area attractions include the Legacy Museum, Anne Spencer House, Amazement Square, Point of Honor, Sandusky House, and numerous Civil War sites including Appomattox Court House National Park.
Short drive to our beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains, Thomas Jefferson's Poplar Forest and National D-Day Memorial. One hour drive to Charlottesville, Roanoke, Wintergreen resort, 2 hours to Richmond.
You will be able to enjoy both bedrooms, a large comfortable living room with two couches and a large TV, a breakfast/reading area facing the backyard, a private bathroom, and an efficiency kitchenette and laundry room. Lynchburg's best kept secret is definitely the hidden gem we stumbled upon during our recent trip. We were in town for our son's swim competition at Liberty University and decided to stay at a small apartment underneath the owner's house. We were unsure of what to expect, but to our surprise, the apartment was incredibly well-equipped, clean, and comfortable. Everything was so well-prepared that we didn't have to bother the owners for anything during our stay. Not only that, but the location was centrally located, making it easy to visit all of Lynchburg's main attractions. Needless to say, we were blown away by our experience and will definitely be returning.

We were in town for Family Weekend at Liberty University. This property is not far from campus but tucked away in a nice neighborhood so very homey. There is a grocery store and some restaurants less than 5 minutes away. The bed was not at my comfort level but not terrible otherwise the place is very enjoyable. We will likely try to stay here again. We liked not being in a hotel and the price was very reasonable.

Our stay was great. We had a few issues with the key, but our Host was very helpful. There was an issue with a leak in the bathroom and he corrected it promptly. The fridge was very small but the apartment was very comfortable, and the host was super accommodating. I'm sure we will stay there again.

Great Getaway

This was a great place to stay. Our sons were at LU for the week, and I needed a quiet place to do research and write. Perfect!!! Close to everything, and peaceful.
