This condo's sleeping area has a queen size bed with 50-inch flat screen TV. The bathroom has a luxurious deep soak garden tub and separate shower. The family area has a queen size sofa sleeper with a 50-inch flat screen TV and opens to your furnished private balcony. The kitchen features a refrigerator, 2 burner range, dishwasher, overhead microwave, coffee maker, and blender.

This was a reasonably priced perfect stay for 2. We stayed in a villa and it had absolutely everything we could have needed for the week. We parked in the garage within steps from our door. The complimentary beach service with this unit was an added bonus! We have no complaints and would come back again.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is great easy walk to get coffee or restaurants. Quick walk to the beach, which was quiet and low key.The unit itself could use some updates. The living room rug and couchneed cleaned or replaced. It did have everything we needed and was fine for sleeping. Washer and dryer need replaced as well.

The room was clean and comfortable on our arrival. The morning after we arrived (Saturday) we woke up to construction noises above us. We were not aware that there would be any construction going on. The host offered us tickets to a dolphin cruise to get us out of the room during the construction time. The property has an on site gym, but you are not able to get into it if you arrive after 4:00 pm on Friday and they are not in the office during the weekend. We were very excited to have a washer and dryer in our room so we could do laundry in the room. The dryer would not stay on any longer than 7 minutes no matter the setting you put it on. They offered to come do our laundry for us but due to us being in and out a lot, that was not convenient for us like being able to do it in the room would have been. The pool and lazy river in the bay side were great!

Great location for a beach getaway

We really enjoyed the amenities at the property. The spas, pools, and lazy river were a great addition to the day after enjoying time in the sand and sun on the gulf side. Having beach service included with our room was a huge cost savings for our trip. An added bonus: There are many restaurants within walking distance. A great place to stay when visiting.

The unit was clean and description was good. A couple of things had to be addressed with property management, and they were very responsive. Very short walk to beach. Beach chairs have to be reserved every day, sometimes a long check in process. Overall a pleasant stay. Would recommend.
