About this property

Located 2 miles south of Jonathan Creek boat ramp and 4 minutes from the 68/80 bridge. This 1600 square foot home has plenty of room and all of the luxuries and amenities of home. There is a 1/2 circle drive for easy access and plenty of parking. There are 2 bedrooms with king beds and 2 bedrooms with 2 twin xl's each. The house has 2 full baths with double vanities and a laundry room. There is a large open concept kitchen, living and dining area. There is a gas grill for grilling. The property is in a wooded, quiet neighborhood close to highway 68 with easy access to all of the activities available near Kentucky and Barkley Lakes.

This was our 4th or 5th time staying in this house and it’s been excellent each time (local bass fishing league tournament). Well equipped, comfortable, plenty of room for trucks and boats, great location…the list goes on. The property owner, Dan, is always available and very responsive to ensure your stay is stress free! Definitely will rent again!
