Book Your Last Minute Getaway. Beautiful 2 Story Townhome. Half Block From Beach

This updated two story townhome is fully furnished and sleeps 6. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 ½ bathrooms, a full size washer and dryer, and all the comforts of home. The kitchen and bathrooms have been completely updated. Both bedrooms have a queen size bed, a 32” smart TV and their own bathroom. The downstairs has all new flooring throughout. The living room has a brand new sectional with an upgraded queen size sleeper sofa, along with a 55” smart TV and DVD player. Wi-Fi internet is also provided free of charge.

Whether you want to start your day by taking a short stroll to the Starbucks for a cup of coffee, wandering across the street for a long walk on the beach, or just sitting outside having lunch at River City Cafe, our location is PERFECT! Our area is considered the “Golden Mile” of Myrtle Beach, which is a long stretch of privately owned beach homes, along the northern avenues.

Although it is very tempting to spend most of your time just relaxing on the beach, you may also want to venture out and experience all that the surrounding areas have to offer. We are centrally located to many award winning golf courses. You may also enjoy shopping at the Tanger Outlets or Market Commons, or seeing a show at the Alabama Theatre or Carolina Opry. You might decide to have an amazing dinner at one of the local restaurants, maybe see a live band at Broadway at the Beach, or just take a ride to Barefoot Landing. Myrtle Beach definitely has something for everyone.

This townhome is in a fantastic location! We are within walking distance of numerous restaurants, minutes from many golf courses, and a short drive to Tanger Outlets, Barefoot Landing, Broadway at the Beach and many more. We are only ten miles away from Myrtle Beach International Airport. Best of all, we are only a half block from the beach!

Perfect Location

Since our kids are going to college at Coastal Carolina, we have made numerous trips to the area when visiting them. This is our first time staying at this townhouse and we were pleasantly surprised with the unit and especially the location. We will stay here again!!!

Wonderful

We had a wonderful stay. The property was very well kept and there were many personal touches throughout with the decor. The location was perfect and was within 3 - 4 minutes walking distance to the beach along with being in driving distance to many local restaurants and shops. I will definitely stay again on my next trip to myrtle beach.

"A Myrtle Beach Gem"

We found the perfect place for our get away to Myrtle Beach with this super adorable villa hosted by Chrissy and Jeff. This well maintained and decorated villa is in a great location and has so much to offer. Space, comfort, parking, location, nice neighborhood, walking distance to beach and convenient to many golf course ⛳ We really enjoyed it.

Beautiful home & perfect location!

Will definitely be booking this property for future stays in Myrtle Beach. This was my first time there and it was amazing! The home had anything you could need, was extremely clean and very comfortable. Even the interior design (especially bedrooms) were beautiful! The distance from the home to the beach was a perfect distance. The ease of finding your way around to restaurants from the home was great and it’s in a pretty centralized location. Thanks for a perfect trip!

Wonderful!

Very, very nice place. The home was very clean and nicely decorated. It’s in a great location with just a short walk to the beach, and having beach towels, chairs and even a beach umbrella was so convenient. And Jeff and Chris were so great to work with. They even agreed to a couple of requests that they certainly did not have to! I highly recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in Myrtle Beach!

Nice home

Parking is steps from the door! Short walk to the beach and Starbucks. We enjoyed our short stay. The beds were comfortable as well as the couch. Very clean well kept unit. I brought my own sheets and towels to save time since we only stayed 3 nights and washing and drying all their sheets and towels & checking out by 10 didn't seem doable. To avoid this just bring your own. Overall We would definitely return to this unit.

Girls Trip 2022

I was traveling with three friends for a short weekend getaway for my birthday weekend. The townhouse was clean and cozy. It smelled fresh and clean and was very nicely decorated. It had everything we needed and more. We were within walking distance of the beach. The location was perfect, and the neighbors were friendly. My friends were very pleased and impressed and pleased with the home being so close to the beach, its cleanliness, and its accommodations. I cannot wait until my next visit.

A hidden gem!

This place was top notch! The apartment was absolutely spotless. Beach chairs were nice and I ended up using one during the week. This place was just truly a home away from home. The walk to the beach was less than 3 minutes. The entire apartment building was quiet and respectful. This place is everything we wanted and more!! I spoke with Chrissy several times leading up to our trip and she even touched base with us while we were there. She’s so nice!! I would give this place 50 stars if I could!

Beauty, comfort, and worryfree

This place is beautiful. So close to the beach that we walked to it everyday of our stay. It is like staying at a friend's house. Interior was immaculate, and stocked. We were worried about all the shopping we would have to do but we just made a trip to the store to replace what we used. Beach towels, chairs, boogie boards, cleaning supplies, coffee maker, cutlery, everything! Jeff and Chrissy are so accommodating. Our family loved this place from day 1 and hated to leave. The unit includes beach decor and the comfort of home. I regret not writing about it in the guest book.

Beyond Exceptional

I was looking for a great, convenient spot for my son (18) and husband to stay during a baseball tournament in Myrtle. The parameters for THEM were that it needed to be close to the ballpark, have accessible parking, was not a high rise, and had beds that were bigger than twins. The rule for ME, even though I was unable to go, was that it had to be super clean and not worn and dated. Jeff and Chrissy's home fit the bill beautifully. Beyond checking all of our boxes for location, aesthetics, cleanliness, etc, Chrissy was absolutely AMAZING to work with. We reached out to her with several different scheduling requests and last minute changes and she did back flips to make everything work for my guys, all with a smile in her voice or message. She was beyond accommodating. I recommend this spot without hesitation. Thank you, Chrissy!

The location of this rental is fantastic! Walking distance to the beach and a few tasty restaurants or Starbucks for a morning coffee! Our stay was wonderful, we came down for Jeep Jam and had a great time. The rental was extremely clean and matched the pictures online perfectly! It was a quieter neighborhood and very peaceful outside. Anytime I communicated with Chrissy and Jeff they were always very helpful! We look forward to hopefully coming back for another stay!

Close to the Beach

This was an absolutely beautiful home in a quiet area that was a short walk to the beach. We loved our stay here. The walk to the beach was easy and convenient for us and our younger children. We also loved that it was close to other entertainment as well including Barefoot Landing. Beautiful location and stunning home with a lot of beach decor which made it feel so welcoming. Would stay here again!

A beautiful beach oasis- home away from home

I stay in vacation homes every trip, this by far was the most immaculately clean home I have stayed in. The decor is Beautiful and beach themed, and it feels like home with all the little details. The hosts are prompt with answering any questions I had, and very kind. It is closely located to the beach, and was very quiet during our stay. All around wonderful experience.
