Character cottage in the small village of Usclas-Du-Bosc located at the foot of the Larzac plateau, on the way to St Jacques de Compostelle. It offers you privileged access to the sea (45km), Lake Salagou (10km), the Gorges de l'Hérault (20km) and many other incomparable sites on this territory classified as World Heritage by Unesco.

The Gîte "Lestival" is a completely renovated detached house on the outskirts of the village.
Composed of a large living room / kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms with WC, a bathroom, a laundry room.
It can accommodate up to nine people with the possibility of modularity depending on the season.
The terrace with a summer kitchen opens onto the garden which closes with a private heated infinity pool offers breathtaking views of the hills adjoining Lake Salagou and in particular Mount Liauson which overlooks the Mourèze cirque .

Ideally located and equipped, the cottage offers a large number of varied activities. You can therefore practice billiards and table tennis in the lounge, swimming in the private pool, pétanque on the field adjoining the garden or take advantage of WiFi for addicts.
The followers of the walk will be happy to take the way of St Jacques de Compostelle which passes in the village, the fans of bikes to traverse the shaded vicinal paths of the region.
Bikers can take advantage of a large choice of very nice routes on roads or paths.
