Why they chose this property

When we first came to this property and saw the amazing Ocean view and all you could hear was the waves crashing against the sand on the beach below , the Parrots and Tucans flying over our heads and the monkeys chatting in the trees felt like we had landed in Paradise I said to myself ...Ïf I could live here one day and wake up to see and hear this every day ...I will be so Lucky . bought 4 properties that bordered on each other and spent 4 years planting trees and the garden before we started building our house .

What makes this property unique

One can never see enough of the view .Even thou we spent 4 years planting we only planted about 5 acres out of +40 and made sure whatever was planted looked like it belonged there and had been there always .We also planted a fruit orchard that has 4 different Orange types , Lemons ,Avocado , Mango ,Cashew ,Cacao, Custard Apple and other fruit trees.And in the back of the house we planted herbs in planters on the stairs up to the Grill .
