Relaxing stay in traditional villa

We thoroughly enjoyed our two-week stay at Villa Jean André. It was comfortable, well-equipped and well-located (just a short walk from the ports, train station and excellent local market). It was also beautifully cool inside despite the hot weather. Our two-and-a-half year old daughter loved playing in the garden, and we loved eating out on the deck as the sun went down. Bruno and Béatrice are very welcoming hosts who speak good English. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property.

Schönes, ruhiges Haus abseits der Touristenströme

Sehr schönes, geräumiges Haus abseits der Touristenströme mit sehr aufmerksamen Vermietern. Vom Willkommenspaket über Tipps für die Umgebung bis hin zur schnellen Kommunikation bei Nachfragen haben wir selten so freundliche und liebevolle Vermieter wie Bruno und Beatrice erlebt. Das Haus selbst ist großzügig geschnitten und bietet eine gut ausgestattete Küche sowie im großen Garten einen sehr kleinen Pool, der an heißen Tagen Erfrischung bietet. Zwei gute Bäcker, ein Fahrradverleih und ein Supermarkt sind in Fussnähe. Wir haben als 4köpfige Familie den Urlaub sehr genossen und können das Becken von Arcachon für die Ferien nur empfehlen. Très belle maison spacieuse, à l'écart des flux touristiques, avec des propriétaires très attentionnés. Du paquet de bienvenue aux conseils sur les environs, en passant par une communication rapide en cas de questions, nous avons rarement vu des propriétaires aussi aimables et aimants que Bruno et Beatrice. La maison elle-même est spacieuse et offre une cuisine bien équipée ainsi qu'une toute petite piscine dans le grand jardin, qui permet de se rafraîchir les jours de grande chaleur. Deux bonnes boulangeries, une location de vélos ainsi qu'un supermarché sont accessibles à pied. En tant que famille de 4 personnes, nous avons beaucoup apprécié nos vacances et nous ne pouvons que recommander le bassin d'Arcachon pour les vacances. Traduit avec DeepL.com (version gratuite)

El trato fue amable, puntual tamto a la llegada como a la salida, la casa tiene muchos detalles decorativos que hacen la estancia muy adradable, todo limpio, y tienes muchos utensilios en la cocina. Al llegar la calefaccion estaba encendida que al ser marzo fue de agradecer. Muchas gracias

Séjour agréable mais chaud. Pas de Clim donc compliqué en journée mais maison ventilée et fraîche la nuit Petite piscine non utilisable car non remplissable a cause des incendies. Hôtes très sympathique et de bons conseils

Cette semaine là a été effectivement très chaude avec des températures exceptionnelles supérieures à 40°! La maison, avec des murs épais, reste effectivement fraiche même la journée avec des températures extérieures un peu plus basses. La piscine qui manquait un peu d'eau a été depuis complétée dès que cela a été autorisée à la fin de ces terribles incendies. Merci d'avoir apprécié nos conseils. Nous sommes toujours prêts à faire découvrir notre région à nos hôtes.

Ein wunderbaren Haus etwas ab vom Tourismus

Das Haus ist wunderbar! Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet und gemütlich. Die Küche ist eher klein, die Ausstattung äußerst gut. Der kleine Pool im Garten war für uns - wir waren zur Zeit der Hitzewelle da- die Rettung! Das Haus war äußerst sauber und der Empfang herzlich und persönlich. Mit Wein und Wasser aus der Region fühlten wir uns sehr willkommen. Für unsere Bedürfnisse war die Lage gut. Der Ort ist geprägt durch Austernfischer/-Zucht. Vor Ort kann man baden. Um zu schönen Stränden zu kommen, ist ein Auto erforderlich. Die Nähe zu Bordeaux haben wir genossen und genutzt. Danke!
