Very nice place to stay and relax inbetween

Very nice, lots of garden space, nice pool, calm surrounding, every equipment especially in the kitchen included, nice hoster. Many touristic sites in the surrounding of 30 minutes. Mountains, sea, gorges, plage, big cities and little towns, fun attractions, charging of electric car 600m away at the mairie. Would always come back

The property was very comfortable with a really nice pool

The house was roomy and comfortable with good facilities, lovely swimming pool and good outside activities. Everything we needed to cook and enjoy ourselves was present apart from the TV which didn’t work for the last few days and the Wi-fi failed also. The house was well situated although it was 30-40 minutes to the beach. The drive was steep and quite difficult to negotiate in a car reversing down.

Nice that you found the house comfortable and love the pool. For the Wifi, failing it was due to Lightning Storm according to the Telecom company and the telecom company took few days to repair as the problem was coming from the network, I'm really sorry for this but could not influence this. What I'm going to do in case this arrives again is to provide a free 4G key as emergency WiFi backup for my future guests. This 4G emergency key will be available for all guests after November 2018 next time I will be there.

Really nice house in a calm place

This house is one of the best we ever had for our vacation. It’s very nice, bright, friendly and comfortable (including even a PC!) with big windows (especially on ground floor) and has a magnificent mountain view from the front-side terrace. It’s located only a few walking minutes from the center of the village, shopping facilities and restaurants. The house is in a quiet location, there’s almost no traffic in the streets around. The object itself is spacious, especially the living room, and there’s a really nice wooden terrace in the back, and the big oak standing beside the terrace will probably provide some shade in summer. But if you like, you will always find a sunny place in the garden. There are lots of nice places to visit in car distance, from the beaches in the region we preferred the city beach in Antibes (distance about 23km). But since the Nice area is a densely populated, you should expect some traffic. The owner was very (!!!) friendly, attentive and responsive. We had a catastrophic thunderstorm during our stay and had all support we could think of from the owner and his family. We were very sad to leave this great place after "only" three weeks, but we’ll definitely come back!

Vue magnifique et calme

La vue est splendide. Et résidence au calme. Bien que la villa soit dans son jus, il y a toutes sortes d'équipements que je n'aurais pu imaginé pour être vraiment en vacances( livres, jeux de sociétés tous âges, toutes sortes d'électroménager, le mobilier intérieur comme extérieur et de la vaisselle pour les repas de toute la journée etc...) qu'on s'y sent comme chez nous. L'année prochaine, l'hôte a prévu de mettre la clim.,c'est ce qui nous a manqué hormis cela j'ai adoré l'environnement. J'y reviendrai volontier.

Si la maison de location est bien située et avec de beaux espaces, son entretien laisse à désirer ( terrain non tondu, propreté à revoir, panne de chaudiere, fuites d'eau...). Dommage !

Tolles Ferienhaus mit klasse Ausgangslage

Das Ferienhaus hält, was es im Inserat verspricht. Ein schönes und großes Grundstück mit einer großen Terrasse und ausreichend Platz für 8 Personen. Der Pool ist vor dem Haus, so dass sich alles ein wenig entzerrt. Er ist nicht vollständig mit einem Zaun gesichert, aber am oberen Bereich durch eine Steinkante abgetrennt. Im Haus sind die Räume ausreichend groß. Alles war sauber und ordentlich - es war nichts abgewohnt oder verschlissen. Klasse war beispielsweise der riesige Kühlschrank und ein separater Gefrierschrank. Für 8 Personen war das Goldwert. In allen Schlafzimmern gab es mobile Ventilatoren und vor den Fenstern Fliegengitter. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war super freundlich und schnell. Auf jede Frage gab es im Vorhinein oder während des Aufenthalts eine schnelle Antwort. Das Haus ist ein toller Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge zum Strand oder in eine der vielen tollen Städte in der Umgebung. Wir können es wirklich nur empfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine au sein de cette location. Villa très au calme, avec une piscine très agréable et un panorama splendide. Maison bien équipée avec linge fourni. Plusieurs endroits possibles pour prendre ces repas, ce qui est appréciable.

Superbe maison que je recommande vivement

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans cette belle maison. Elle est super spacieuse avec un très beau et grand jardin(parfait pour famille avec enfants), très bien équipée (cuisine avec tout le nécessaire, salle salon confortable, beaucoup d'espaces de rangements, belle terrasse avec salons de jardin, table de ping Pong etc etc ...) , avec une vue splendide sur la vallée. Nous sommes très bien situés (proche commodités mais aussi des grandes agglomérations pour de belles visites). Je recommande vivement cette location pour des vacances mémorables.

Nous sommes partis à 8 vivre 15 jours dans cette belle maison avec une piscine offrant une vue magnifique!! Immense terrain avec trampoline, barbecue, grandes tables! Tout le confort avec beaucoup de ventilateurs, de beaux espace intérieurs. Le propriétaire est super sympa très à l'écoute. Pas loin de valbonne où l'on trouve boucherie, primeur etc... Le seul bémol ce sont les moustiques!!LOL Je n'hésiterai pas à relouer ce bien si je reviens dans la région!

Lovely family holiday.

We were due to attend in 2020 but had to reschedule. The property was a good size for our 3 generations and we spent so much time in the pool which we were initially worried about as not being heated but this wasnt a problem.. We did have a couple of issues while staying but these were sorted very quickly , thank you for letting us stay in your second home

Villa spacieuse dans un environment magnifique

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine même si le temps n'était pas au rdv. La villa est bien équipée, on se sent bien et il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer une bonne semaine. Les lits sont confortables, chambre spacieuse avec rangement. Villa très grande, lumineuse et un grand jardin. Le propriétaire est vraiment sympa, il pense au bien-être des vacanciers. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter en famille.

We had a lovely weeks holiday lots of sunshine and the house had everything we needed. The village is so pretty and has shops close by and some fantastic restaurants. Would recommend . Views are fab too with the mountains
