Rustic Cabin Supplies Needed Rest
The log cabin is very small but comfortable. Bed was cozy & clean. The entire cabin could use a good spring cleaning to get rid of the cobwebs & overlooked dust bunnies in all the corners, but when you are talking rustic hideaways those things often come with the decor, so it was no problem for us. All of the necessities were available - plates, utensils, napkins, cups, a frying pan, salt & pepper, tp, towels & linens, etc. Bring your fishing poles to cast a few times into the lake & binoculars for close ups of loons, gulls, terns & eagles! This little getaway is truly a treasure & just minutes away from Petoskey.

Amazing
The cabin was exactly as described. My wife and I had beautiful weather all week and it was great being able to just jump in our kayaks right outside our door. The lake was calm all week and we really enjoyed the huge sandbar right across the the channel just a short paddle away. Plenty of room out there for everyone out there to enjoy and keep their own personal space. Caught our fair share of bass and crappie too! This was the best lakefront vacation value we have ever enjoyed.

Good stay
Nice place, more than 2 people might get crowded. Traffic noise if you’re a light sleeper. Great spot for checking out northern Michigan. I would book again. Would be wonderful in Fall.

Quiet water front room for 2 adults and maybe a child
Could really use some dusting and removal of cobwebs. Tv was wall mounted incorrectly and strapped up with a belt, front porch corner bricks came apart and I fell. No fire pit and outside lights wouldnt work . Plenty of Hot water in the kitchen but runs out very quickly in the bathroom. Contacted owner about these things and really didnt get alot of feedback. It was cute and a great area
