Short beach trip

The condo is beautiful and comfortable, the views of the Gulf were outstanding, and the location was very nice. The only hiccup we had (which was probably my fault) was that the furniture has been updated and I didn't realize the beds were all King/Queen and no twins as is shown in the listing. Also, the washer/dryer within the condo was not available for our use. Traveling with a four and two year old necessitated our purchasing an air mattress. There was a washer/dryer on our floor, but the washer was also unavailable for use. Had this been a longer trip these would have been a big issue.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Absolutely wonderful. I have stayed at the Arcadians for close to 50 years, since it's opening and have always enjoyed the wide uncrowded beach. I am 70 years old now and have been staying in Myrtle Beach for vacations literally all my life and the Arcadians are my favorite place

Lovely

This was a lovely condominium directly on the beach. Some highlights were the incredible shower in the master bathroom, the excellent kitchen knives, the comfortable mattresses on all 3 beds, and the pretty decor of the unit. The washer and dryer are not available for use in the unit. The coin laundry on our floor was broken, but walking down to the next floor wasn’t a problem. The unit was very clean with the exception of the kitchen cabinet doors and drawers, the refrigerator door and the microwave door. We would recommend this unit and hope we can stay here again next summer!

Need some better housekeeers

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have always loved to stay at Arcadian one. But this time the unit was not what we were used to.The bath tubs and showeres had mold on them and had seemingly not been cleaned and sanitized for sometime.The unit would have been ok but the housekeepers need to give it some attention.The outdoor furniture needs some attention . The paint was chipping off. The patio chairs It was very unconfortable to sit in.Maybe with the covid going on it made a difference but it didn’t live up to what we had been used too,
