Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Furniture in living room was extremely bad - the springs were shot. Very uncomfortable. Dishwasher wasn't working right. We had to be there for Downhome Properties to take a picture and for the repairman to come. Then the owner decided to buy a new dishwasher and we had to be around for it to be delivered (delivery day changed) twice. We had to wait two weeks without a dishwasher for delivery. Owner refused to give us any compensation. The extra bedroom mattress had plastic on it that made it hot and noisy. The air conditioner was limited so you couldn't go below 68 degrees.

Almost perfect

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was immaculate and had everything we needed. Master bed was very comfortable. 2nd BR the mattress had some kind of covering on it and was a bit crinkly. Furniture was not overly comfortable. It was fine for a vacation rental, but not something I’d want to sit in at home. We did not use the golf cart...it was too cold and windy!

Nice rental

Overall , the property was fine. It was as advertised and we enjoyed ourselves a lot. The drawback was the living room furniture is extremely uncomfortable! Little support in the seats. Also being a little chilly this month, it would have been nice to have the curtains on the golf cart. Zippers are broke so they weren’t useable.

Perfect stay in the Villages in November 2023

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the main things in our stay were perfekt. DHP did very well those two times we contacted them with problems and solved them fast. I would like to mention some minor things that might be better. There was no sand can in the golfcart, the sofa in the living room was a bit soft and the kitchen table was a little high compared with the chairs.

A little issue with the 2nd bathroom took longer than we would have hoped to resolve but there were no others issues. Our deposit was refunded promptly. We rented the house while we searched for purchase. Overall we were quite satisfied.
