Awesome place to stay!

The location is just perfect if you want to wake up with views of the ocean and walk pretty much anywhere you want to go. The home was very clean and you just can’t beat the views. The owners installed a water filtration system so you won’t have to worry about the water, and the on demand hot water heater means you will never run out! The owners are just lovely and were happy to answer all of my questions. I’ve been to Isla 5 times and hopefully this place is available for all future visits. If I could give this place six stars I would- highly recommend!

Great place to stay!

We really enjoyed staying at this condo. The place was very cute - decorated sort of hippie, bohemian, island style. Everything that you could need was there. My 10 yr old was tickled with the pool right outside the main room slider. The place was clean and within walking distance to the ferry, golf cart rental and local restaurants. While this location has a beautiful view of the ocean and is right on the water, it is not on a beach. However, beaches are within walking distance, as well as, shopping and dining. Highly recommend renting a golf cart and exploring the island. There are many restaurants to try on the South side of the island. Hosts were super responsive with great communication and suggestions. Highly recommend this VRBO!

Wonderful Place!

This place is awesome! Just like the photos (even better because Dawn painted a cool dragon on the wall by the pool during covid-19). This was our 3rd visit to Isla Mujeres and this was the perfect location right on the Malecon with the ocean right off the deck with the pool; just paradise! Can walk anywhere downtown and easy cab trip or rent a golf cart to explore the rest of the island. The kitchen has all the supplies you need to cook but with so many great restaurants we didn't need to use it as much as I thought we would! We stayed "home" quite a bit since we visited in November 2020 during the covid pandemic and we never tired of the pool and view of the ocean (the sunrises are gorgeous). Dawn and Tom are very nice and responded quickly to any questions I had. Tom met us at check-in and Dawn has supplied a book with restaurant and activity suggestions and reviews. The place is spotless and they even supply laundry detergent for the washer. The house is secure and we always felt safe. We would definitely stay here again!

Sweet spot!!

The island over all was beautiful, the location of the house was perfect. We only needed to rent transportation one day to get to the south end of the island. Owners were super nice and always available for anything we needed or to answer any questions we had. We stayed in the downstairs unit and it had the best view of the ocean, it really made our trip ! Some days we just chilled in the pool and enjoyed the view! Would 100% recommend and definitely would love to stay another time in the future!

We had a wonderful time at Tom & Dawns home. Saw stunning sunrises and sunsets from the roof. It is an easy walk to town and from ferry. Home has everything you need and Tom & Dawn are wonderful hosts and help guide on reccomendations. Would definitely come again.

Tom and Dawn are the best! We stayed for 3 nights with my husband and 2 little ones and when it was time to check out Dawn was kind enough to let us take our time we had a few things to do that day so we checked out a little late. Definitely will be coming back the apartment is beautiful and the view is amazing!! Thanks so much!
