The Check-in/out process is managed by Casago Rental not Las Palomas Front desk. There is no option to bill items to the room, maid service is not inclusive, and all towels are located in the unit. Casago is responsible for wristband and parking pass distribution and any maintenance items are handled by the Host.

The condo was even better and seemed much bigger than the pictures. Beautiful views, and we had everything we needed for a great weekend. We really appreciated the bottles of water and the working ice maker. Thanks Tom!
