3 room apartment with a surface area of 60 m2 (the most beautiful view of the residence due to its dominant position), facing south and enjoying very good sunshine from 9 am in the morning until nightfall.
Balcony in L (9m2) allowing to take a meal outside (folding tables, deckchair and chairs available). From the balcony you have a view of the valley and the surrounding mountains.
Shops are in the immediate vicinity (3 minutes on foot).
Ski slopes at ten minutes but possibility of benefiting from a free shuttle at the foot of the residence in front of the school (passage every 15 minutes)

Great rental in a beautiful spot

Close to the shops and the very enjoyable skiing domain of la Rosiere. The flat was clean, warm, fully equipped and with a stunning view. The host was friendly and flexible, and communication was easy. Will recommend.

La Rosiere stay

A spacious well equipped genuinely 2 bedroom apartment with a stunning unobstructed views of the mountains, looking across the valley towards Les Arcs 2000/1950 and down towards Bourg. We loved the interior space, with dedicated bedrooms and a dedicated spacious lounge/ dining area. We were able to make use of the private parking right in front of the property which was super convenient. There is a ski locker room at the property but if you can you should consider hiring a piste side locker near the Roche Noire ski lift so that you don't need to carry your gear up and down the hill each day. We had a wonderful stay, Thierry (The owner) was highly responsive, all around highly recommended.

Très bien

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine. L'appartement était tout à fait adapté pour notre séjour (2 adultes et 3 enfants), très bien équipé et joliment décoré. Son emplacement nous a permis de ne pas toucher la voiture de toute la semaine, ce que nous avons très apprécié. Nous gardons l'adresse car nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Le logement de Thierry est parfait pour découvrir La Rosière et ses environs. Grand appartement, joliment décoré, lits confortables, salle de bain rénovée, bien équipé. Et une vue incroyable depuis le salon. Idéalement situé, à 2 pas des commerces et des sentiers de randonnée. On en est sentis comme chez nous. Je recommande vivement.

Vue magnifique et propreté au top. Les lits sont confortable, la cuisine bien équipé. A 4 ou à 6, il y a de l'espace ! Le propriétaire et la concierge s'assure que tout se passe bien, c'est sérieux. Un peu excentré du front de neige à pied avec les skis sur le dos mais la navette gratuite passe juste en dessous donc ça reste pratique si vous ne voulez monter tout en haut à pieds. Je recommande les yeux fermés, nous reviendrons.

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour mais la literie du lit superposé en bas était vraiment moyenne. Par ailleurs, un indispensable serait d'avoir des couettes pour tout le monde car les couvertures ce n'est à mon sens pas terrible en terme de propreté et pour les allergiques (et nous sommes de plus en plus nombreux). A part ça, l'appartement est fonctionnel et la vue incroyable !

Nous sommes heureux de retrouver cet appartement avec sa vue exceptionnelle plein sud sur la vallée de Tigne val d'Isère face aux Arc et la vallée de Bourg st Maurice Moutiers.... Bien chauffé, d'une propreté impeccable... Tout proche des commerces, des ballades à pied ou en raquettes, et du ski en hiver.

Un très joli et fonctionnel appartement. Idéal pour 5/6 personnes. La vue est époustouflante, tout le nécessaire est là pour passer un bon séjour. Contact très agréable avec le propriétaire et la concierge, très serviable. Appartement à moins de 5 minutes à pieds du centre (mais ça monte ;-). On reviendra !
