We would love to host you in Traverse City tonight in this popular 2-story downtown condo! Booking now for remaining dates this Summer and for the Fall!

You deserve every minute of your vacation to recuperate and unplug by watching the waves, basking in the sunshine, and taking advantage of all of the activities on Front Street. Enjoy amazing food & drinks, boutique shopping, cultural events, book-readings, festivals and end the night with a film at the State or Bijou Theaters.

This 2nd floor unit has two balconies to view the lake, along with two lovely en suites bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom, making this a charming retreat with spacious accommodations for couples, families, girls’ weekends and trips with the guys.

Sip your favorite beverages on the balcony as you wake up with the sun and watch the boats pass by in the Bay, or head to the grassy green space of adjacent F&M Park for a picnic lunch.

Go for a walk along the beach paths and TART trail just steps out the door. Throw your clubs in the car and enjoy the proximity of awesome golf courses, or book a group tour of the wineries and breweries that pepper the peninsulas. Pack along your bikes and secure them during your stay at the unit’s bike racks. Don't forget your fishing poles!

Cute condo

This condo was perfect for our small family. Perfectly located for walking to the beach and there was a nice park/playground right behind it. A short commute put us right in the heart of downtown and parking was a super-cheap-to us-Chicogoans-breeze. The condo was spacious and very clean and comfy and we had zero issues with check in/out or other residents.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this condo. Great location walking distance to town. Quiet but close to everything. Very comfortable with everything you need in the kitchen. There were even beach chairs that came in very handy. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent condo downtown TC adjacent

Very clean and well appointed vacation rental, can't beat having 2 balcony's with a water view, and walk 5 min to beautiful downtown TC shops, nice little Sunset Beach area and park across the street not as busy as Clinch Park which is still walkable. Perfect location and easy parking. Great host communication and instructions. Would definitely stay again with the wife and kid!

Great condo with excellent location

We visit TC frequently and this was our first time at this condo. Location is excellent for walking downtown and driving to other destinations around TC. Parking was easy. Condo has a good layout with two bedrooms/baths upstairs and a half bath downstairs. View of the lake is a plus. We are already making plans for our next trip in December. We were very happy with the overall experience.

Great Location and Space!

West Bay fun-filled TC getaway was very much as advertised. The location was fantastic. Easy walking to downtown and beach, view of the bay from the balconies, and very convenient parking - which not all similar properties in TC have. The living area and kitchen were roomier than anticipated and the bedrooms with en-suites had ample space. The condo is very clean and comfortably decorated. Board games were a bonus for our family. We highly recommend!

Comfortable Space and Great Location

My wife, daughter, and I truly enjoyed our stay in this Traverse City condo. There was plenty of space for us in the living room, dining room, and kitchen on the first floor. My wife and I really enjoyed the balcony with the view of West Traverse Bay. The bedrooms and bathrooms on the second floor were perfect for us. We also appreciated the short walk to the stores, restaurants, and the City Opera House downtown. Plus, it was a great home base to explore the area, from the peninsulas to Charlevoix. We would stay here again on our next trip to Traverse City.

Family Getaway

This condo was wonderful! It was a clean, safe, and convenient place for my husband and his older parents to stay. Parking was close, check in a breeze and the condo was clean and comfortable! Sitting in the deck in the morning to read and drink tea was enjoyable and every night we took the short walk to downtown Traverse City for dinner and/or drinks. Kurt was easy to get ahold of and accommodating even though there were no problems that needed to be dealt with. I’ve stayed in Traverse City before, but this was my favorite place that we have stayed and I wouldn’t hesitate to book this property again!
