Welcome to Little Creek—a private mountain retreat where modern comfort meets the beauty of Colorado.

Tucked away on 12 private acres in Conifer, Little Creek feels wonderfully secluded while still being close to the things that bring you to Colorado. Towering pines, a seasonal creek, abundant wildlife, and fresh mountain air surround this beautifully appointed craftsman-style carriage house, creating a peaceful place to slow down, reconnect, and enjoy the outdoors.

Located about 35 miles southwest of Denver and approximately 16 miles from Red Rocks Amphitheatre, Little Creek is perfectly positioned for exploring Colorado—or simply staying put and enjoying the quiet.

Whether you’re gathering with family, escaping for a weekend with friends, attending a wedding, or looking for a peaceful couples’ retreat, Little Creek offers space to relax, play, and make memories.

The space

Little Creek comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests and features two bedrooms plus a large loft, a spacious open living area, a beautifully equipped kitchen, and inviting indoor and outdoor spaces designed for lingering.

🛏️ The comfortable bedrooms include:

Primary suite
A peaceful retreat with a king bed, gas fireplace, smart tv, blackout blinds, an ensuite bathroom with a comfortable tub/shower combo.

Second bedroom
A comfortable queen bed and Smart TV.

Loft bedroom
One twin bed with trundle, a fold out twin sofa chair/bed, cozy sitting area, and smart TV. This charming loft is especially popular with kids and is accessed by a steep ladder, so it is best suited for children and guests comfortable with the access.

The open-concept living area is made for cozy Colorado evenings. Curl up beside the wood-burning fireplace, settle into the comfortable furnishings, and enjoy the 65” Smart TV, Blu-ray/DVD player, and extensive movie collection.

Or turn off the screens altogether and simply enjoy the sounds of the creek, the trees, and the wildlife outside.

🍳 A kitchen you’ll actually want to cook in

The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped for guests who enjoy cooking and gathering around the table. You’ll find a double oven, farmhouse sink, quality knives, cookware, serving pieces, and the essentials you need to prepare everything from a quick breakfast to a full family dinner.

Past guests have even called it one of the best-equipped kitchens they’ve experienced in a vacation rental.

Little Creek welcomes up to two well-behaved, pre-approved dogs. With acres of mountain property to explore, your four-legged family members can enjoy the getaway too.

You’ll find heated floors, comfortable Pottery Barn furnishings and bedding, and little amenities to make this feel like your home away from home.

There’s no air conditioning, but the mountain setting, ceiling fans, and floor fans help keep the home comfortable during warmer months.

One of the things guests love most about Little Creek is the location.

You’re close to hiking, biking, frisbee golf, ziplining, Red Rocks Amphitheatre, many local wedding venues and restaurants and shops, and countless Colorado adventures—yet once you’re home, it feels like you’ve escaped to your own private mountain hideaway.

Spend the day exploring and come home to a soak in the hot tub. Or don’t go anywhere at all.

Some of the best Little Creek moments may be the quiet ones: pine trees swaying in the breeze, wildlife wandering through the property, a fire under the stars, and the smell of the forest after a Colorado rain.

Guest access

You will have exclusive use of the entire carriage house and the surrounding 12 acres during your stay.

Please note that the home is located above a garage and stairs are required to access the home.

A few important things to know

• Guests must be 25 or older to rent Little Creek.
• No smoking or vaping anywhere in or on the property.
• No parties or events.
• Outdoor security cameras are present on the property.
• Up to 2 dogs may be permitted with prior approval. Dogs must be house-trained.
• A Little Creek rental agreement and photo ID are required within 24 hours of booking for the reservation to be valid.
