Just off the cobblestone-paved East Hall Street, 320 East is situated amongst a row of newly constructed town homes. After parking your vehicle safely and securely towards the back, guests enter into the wide open living area. With ample seating for the whole family and a smartTV, the living room is your cool end-of-day hang out.

Beyond the living room, an open plan kitchen with an attached formal dining area. Enjoy stainless steel appliances and marble counter tops - the perfect backdrop for entertaining friends and family. Choose a formal meal at the dining table fit for eight, or enjoy a glass of wine at the kitchen island before walking to one of Savannah's best restaurants.

Upstairs, you'll find all three bedrooms. The first is the primary bedroom with King size bed and en suite bath. Guests will enjoy the long double vanity with adjacent walk-in shower, all fit with basketweave marble tile floors and modern light fixtures.

The second guest room features a Queen size bed and hanging closet, while the third has two bunk beds: the first with two singles, and the second with a single and bottom double. Both rooms share a full bath with tub/shower combo just outside the hall. Long stays are a breeze with a stacking washer and dryer.

Perfect Girls Trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at this location for my sisters bachelorette party. There were 7 of us and the house fit everyone comfortably. The location was great. A few minutes walk to Forsyth park and the trolley. It was a little longer than we thought to walk to river street... about 27-30 minutes. Ubers were always available. There’s a coffee shop right on the corner and Starbucks across the street in the supermarket. Loved sitting on the porch drinking our coffee. This location also had all your needs, linens, towels, soaps, shampoo and conditioner. Great place to stay in Savannah!

Savannah Spring Break

My family of 7 thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The home was lovely, spacious, and very centrally located. There were only a few minor things that I feel like could have made it even better. There were some broken blinds in the rooms that we had to improvise with covering the window with a comforter for privacy . The kitchen was missing a few items, such as only one dish towel, no large pasta strainer, no trivets, or Tupperware for left overs. Other than these few somewhat minor things, I would definitely recommend this home for families. We will most likely be returning for another stay here somewhere in the future.
