Beautiful fully renovated historic downtown home originally built in 1897. Features open kitchen concept with french doors leading to deck overlooking a private HEATED swimming pool reaching a 10 foot depth. Additional chaise lounge chairs poolside for sunbathing. Plenty of room for dining outdoors on the deck and 2 patios. Deck features an outdoor dining table and gas grill. Backyard patio has seating and table in the shade next to the pool. Brick patio has seating and fire pit for evenings around the fire. Private, lush backyard has a pool house with shower and toilet for convenience. Driveway and side yard can accommodate 3-5 cars and there is additional parking just 30 feet away curbside.

Second floor master suite has king bed and its own bathroom with two person soaker tub with detachable sprayer. Two additional second floor queen bedrooms. Spacious walk-in shower with marble bench on second floor. First floor "in-law" bedroom has 1 king bed. First floor bathroom is just steps from in-law room, off the kitchen. The home is permitted for a stay of 12 guests. We have four beds (two kings, two queens) along with two blow up beds, a pack and play crib.

Large Kitchen fully equipped for large family food prep featuring wall oven and microwave, dishwasher, 5 burner cooktop, and french door top-loading refrigerator. Guests are welcome to pick the edible landscaping: fresh herbs-winter savory, thyme, sage, and chives are available all summer to add to recipes.

We provide all linens and towels (beach and bathroom), beach chairs & umbrellas. Toiletries and paper products also provided. Plenty of games and puzzles for family and friends to spend time together. Large screen Smart TV with internet options (Amazon Prime, Apple TV, Netflix and more), Nintendo WiiU with assorted games.

Home is located on the main street in South Haven, walk or bike one mile distance to beach, marina, 3/4 mile to shops, farmer's market and restaurants. Walk, jog or bike the Kal-Haven Trail or launch a kayak in the Black River within half mile!
