RIGHT ON THE SHORES OF TABLE ROCK LAKE WITH ON SITE MARINA. LOCATED ON BEAUTIFUL EMERALD POINTE ON TABLE ROCK LAKE AND JUST MINUTES FROM ALL THE ACTION OF BRANSON !
Our condo is very clean and well appointed. Located in a gated community on Tablerock Lake's beautiful Emerald Pointe.
Beautifully decorated throughout; fully-equipped kitchen; dishwasher, full size refrigerator, glass top range, microwave, washer and dryer. Large dining area plus breakfast bar with bar stools. The screened/glasses all weather sun porch is carpeted and has patio furniture to enjoy your leisure time.
We are offering a large 2 bedroom/2 bath condo. Our condo has all the comforts of home. The bedrooms have a dresser and chest and flat screen cable TV's in the living room and both bedrooms; some with DVD. The master bedroom has a king sized Tempur-Pedic mattress. The master and the guest bath has a jetted tub. The guest bedroom has 2 queen sized beds. There is a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. The condo has a dining room, large fully equipped kitchen with washer and dryer, living room and glass/screened-in all-weather porch/sun room with patio furniture. The living room has a large flat screen TV with DVD player. There is also a fireplace in the living room.
Located on the shores of Table Rock lake on Emerald Pointe. We have a new swimming pool as of May of 2018. We are only 50 yards or less from Tablerock lake, but there are some trees between the condo and the lake so we are lake front but not lake view. The US Army Corp of Engineers has a $5000 fine for cutting down a tree. We have a marina (Branson Bay Marina) with convenience store just 1/2 block to the west. A fishing, boating and water sports paradise. We are also conveniently located close to all Branson attractions including Silver Dollar City, White Water Park, Showboat Branson Belle, Branson Landing, shopping centers, shows, restaurants, marinas, Tablerock Lake Dam and fish hatchery to name a few. It's a great location for any of your vacation plans, there is something for everyone.

There will be additional charges for any guest bringing a boat. There is a possibility of a covered boat slip with this condo.
Some dates now good with 2 night minimum. From mid June to mid August, we rent 6 nights minimum, with check in and check out on Sat or Sun. In the summer, if someone checks out on a Friday and the next guest checks in on Sunday, we will rent a weekend but don't just rent weekends during the busy summer months. A signed contract/rental agreement and a VISA or MasterCard number will be required by the owner to book this condo. There is a one time cleaning fee of $90 to be left in the condo at check out, cash or check is acceptable.

Nice getaway

We really enjoyed the property. It was spacious, lower level, and easy to get to. The owners directions were fabulous. The owner was very friendly and accommodating. We highly recommend this property.

Beautiful and Comfortable Condo

This was a very nice place to stay during our trip to Branson. The kitchen was abundantly supplied, and the entire condo was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the deck and the lake view. Sandy was available by phone and was willing to talk not only about our needs in the condo but also about things to do in Branson. She genuinely wanted us to have a pleasant stay. Thank you, Sandy!

Wonderful Time

This location and amenities were perfect for a getaway to enjoy all things of the lake with ease and all things Branson. Far enough away from the hustle of Branson yet close enough to enjoy dinner and shopping without traveling far. Very clean and stocked with all your needs to travel light.

We are Norm and Sandy Harms and we love the Branson area and have vacationed there for over 25 years. Before we purchased a condo we rented ourselves and sometimes the condos we rented were not as nice and clean as we hoped. In 2002 we stayed as a guest at this complex on Emerald Pointe and it was GREAT! At the time I asked my husband, "how are we going to stay anywhere else after we stayed here at Emerald Pointe"? It was in a gated community; nice, quiet, right on Tablerock Lake and only about 50 yards to the lake waters edge, the pool, an on site marina, yet only minutes from all the attractions of Branson. We decided to inquire about condos for sale and bought our first condo which started our business: Branson Lakeside Condos dot com. Thanks, Sandy

Why they chose this property

The location is perfect. We are a gated community right off of two of the alternate traffic relief routes (Hwy 165 & Hwy 265) so you can get anywhere in Branson quickly. It is a gated community located between the Tablerock Lake Dam and Highway 65 so we have easy access to all the attractions yet we are right on the shores of the clear water of Table Rock Lake. It is a quiet area to relax but all the attractions of Branson are only minutes away.

What makes this property unique

We are so close to the Lake, the water is only 50-75 yards in front of the condo building. We have an on site swimming pool, tennis courts, weight & exercise room, and a marina with a convenience store less than a half of a block away. The grocery store is only 5 minutes away at the Southtown mall. We have very little traffic on the land or the water. We are a gated community so the amenities offered are strictly for our guests and resident use only. Fabulous scenery to enjoy; you won't believe that all the attractions of Branson are just minutes away. A wonderful place to return to rest after a day of site seeing, shopping or boating.
