3 bedroom 2 bath 1737 sq ft corner unit with southern exposure and wonderful views overlooking the inter-coastal water way, Calhousahacchee River, Ft. Myers Beach and Sanibel Island. Cape Harbour Marina is the place to be with its excellent waterfront restaurants, upscale boutiques, art gallery and a salon/spa. There is plenty to do with 2 pools, clubhouse with pool table, bbq grills, basketball court, tennis courts and fitness facility. Area is conducive to walking, jogging or bike riding. Boat rentals, kayak rental, fishing charters, and sunset tours as well as weekly live outdoor entertainment, right on site at Cape Harbour. Convenient drive to Ft Myers Beach, Sanibel Island, Captiva, and Pine Island. Supermarkets, stores, shopping, restaurants, banks, pharmacy's, etc all just a short drive away. Condo is nicely furnished and well equipped with all the amenities of home.

Joe is a very accommodating host. He responded immediately with any assistance needed such as getting Xfinity working. The condo is beautiful as is the surrounding area. The pool was enjoyable and residents and guests were friendly. I look forward to another trip there.

Amazing Stay at the Marina

My family and I had an incredible week at the condo! Staying at the marina is so fun as you can take a short elevator ride down to all kinds of activities-coffee ship, restaurants, pool, boat watching, people watching, and live music. The condo itself was very clean, nicely decorated, and well stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed including a blender, coffee maker, toaster, and all the cooking utensils. The view out the window is beautiful overlooking the water and the patio/lanai is mostly shielded from the wind and very pleasant. Overall the condo was everything we needed and more and we would gladly go back to Cape Harbour and stay here!

A week with my college sons

Overall the experience was nice and easy! Great location with lots of things to do within walking distance. The property owner was very responsive and easy to deal with. My only minor gripe would be that it would be great if the property came with the simple essentials such as toilet paper, soap and garbage bags. I may have missed the fact that the property didn’t come with these things.

You must have overlooked the garbage bags. Liquid hand soap is also always there. We make sure that there is toilet paper when you get there but may not be enough for the entire stay. I think what you missed was no where did it say we provide personal items

Great location within a short walk of restaurants, bike and boat rentals, and on the waterway canal. Beautifully decorated with all new high-end furniture and appliances. The owner was very timely and easy to reach during communications. I would highly recommend for a holiday in Cape Coral.
