It has fantastic ocean views from both inside at the dining table or out on the shared balcony. The interior features modern furniture and decor,a fully equipped kitchen, with bar seating for a casual meal or a round dining table that sits under a fantastic skylight. Relax on the plush sectional couch by the fireplace or on the secondary couch that doubles as a sofa sleeper. French doors open to the large balcony from the main living area, for you to relax and enjoy the views and ocean breeze. | | | The bedroom has it's own television, a sliding door closet, a comfy king bed, and an adjustable shade that provides an optional view to the rest of the villa. The bathroom includes a separate shower and bathtub, a dual sink vanity, and wraparound mirrors. Other amenities include wifi, both TVs only have streaming options, a 4 passenger golf cart, and patio seating on the balcony. Perfect for a couple or small family. H242 | | Rental of a vacation home in Hamilton Cove includes use of the community’s amenities (pool, spa, health club, 18-hole putting course, tennis courts, croquet court, sand volleyball court and beach area with built in barbecues and picnic tables). Some restrictions may apply. Occupants subject to Hamilton Cove Homeowners Association Rules & Regulations. | | This vacation home rents on a nightly basis (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted; 3 night minimum July & August). ----- This property is in a residential community and is only suitable for quieter groups. Wonderful property. View is astounding! Bed is ok, not the best for long term stay but a fee days was OK on my back. Only hiccup we had was there was only one bath towel for the 2 of us. Contacted owner and they got it fixed. Would definitely stay again...

The property was absolutely beautiful, immaculate and was everything the photos portrayed. The location was fantastic with 180 degree ocean views. This condo is perfect for a romantic getaway,.... charming, private with a beautiful balcony setting for enjoying a cocktail (or two) in the evening and a quiet cup of coffee in the morning as you watch the sunrise. The small side room with pull out couch would be perfect for kids or another couple. The golf cart is great to have but could use a little upgrade. would love to have a glove compartment to be able to lock when we are down town or out snorkeling. My only regret was that I wasn't able to stay longer :). This property was EXCELLENT and will definitely be my go-to in the future for my next romantic getaway !!

We did not use the pool, but it looked very nice. Property is very nice, shared balcony was not as bad as I thought it was going to be. Home decore was lovely. View was fantastic. Golf cart was great.

Relaxing stay!

The location was excellent. Beautiful views coupled with convenient property amenities such as the private beach, pool, hot tub, and golf cart this made for a relaxing weekend getaway. It was an excellent stay and I look forward to staying again in the future.

The view and ambience were spectacular! Could not be better! We appreciated the grill on the patio and made the choice to buy groceries and eat here at the condo for all of our dinners. We sat on the balcony and overlooked the ocean. Such a romantic getaway for our 45th anniversary!

This villa has excellent views of Hampton Cove!!! It is a gated entrance, which gives you a secluded feel, yet the golf cart is right there if you want to go into Avalon for restaurants and shopping. Perfect for a relaxing or romantic get away!

Perfect family getaway!

Even better than the pictures! Stunning views, lovely condo, and a golf cart to get around the island made this the perfect place for our family vacation! Check in was easy, the condo was spacious and clean. This was our first time in Catalina. Will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!!

Lovely location. There is no air conditioner in the units and inadequate ceiling fans. Most evenings were hot and we couldn’t leave the doors open to let in ocean air because there aren’t any screens. The views are enchanting. Overall nice stay.
