This vacation villa is an oasis of enjoyment and comfort with a south facing sun drenched pool deck and an 80 ft dock with boat lift on the canal and Tiki Hut. There is an upper sun deck terrace with sun chaise lounge chairs and also a pool deck area for dining Al Fresco by the pool with plenty of seating and a BBQ Grill.

What will strike you immediately as you walk in, is the number of windows to the pool area and views from almost every room (kitchen, living room, breakfast nook, dining room, master bedroom). The South facing pool deck streams sunshine into the house continuously accentuating your holiday feel, and calls you to come out to the pool.

The house configuration has an ideal split floor plan where the master is on one side and the guest bedrooms on the other. Our 1850 sq ft holiday home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms decorated in Bermuda Tropical colors for a soothing holiday atmosphere. There is a breakfast nook that surrounds you with sunlight and inviting pool/canal views.

The other amazing feature of this property, not by our design, is the bird calls that happen at certain times of the day and makes you feel like you are living in paradise. We are in the most SW corner and within 3 miles straight distance to the Gulf of Mexico, so tropical breezes come across the Mangroves frequently.

We furnished and equipped our Villa to bring a feeling of luxury that would appeal to seasoned travelers who value high end hotel quality bed sheets with 2 king beds and 2 twins with pillow-top mattresses, one more firm than the other for a selection.

What makes this home a hit with our guests is the privacy that our landscaping created and the many outside enjoyment areas, like the Lanai but also the outside upper terrace area for those sun worshipers or the dock with a Tiki Hut. We are also in close proximity to both Marinas in SW Cape Coral like Cape Harbor and Tarpon Point Marina. We are also 5 minutes away from Publix, Pizza, Lobster Lady, Liquor store, and many other amenities.

We are located in the Yachting Community of Cape Coral which has over 400 miles of Canals, that's more than Venice Italy! We sit directly on the canal so you can enjoy watching the Dolphins, Manatees and Stingrays swimming along.

We are a new vacation rental property but not new at vacation rentals. As proud vacation home owners, because we always dreamed of having one, we want to make our guests feel the same magic we felt when we spend time there in South West Florida. We lived in Bermuda for some time and wanted to bring that same feeling to our guests.

Our Villa is very close to many beaches, golf courses, shopping and some of the best dining around in SW Florida. If boating is your passion, then you are in the right place as we are only about 20 mins out to open waters. The location is ideal for access to Fort Myers Beach or 30 minutes to Estero for shopping at outlet malls like Coconut Point Mall or Miromar Outlets or Tanger Outlet on your way to Sanibel Island on Summerlin Road. There are plenty of public Golf Courses around Cape Coral and Fort Myers to choose from like Eastwood (3.7 / 5.0) , Riverbend Golf Course (4.0 / 5.0), or Golf at Magnolia Landing (4.2 / 5.0), Eagle Ridge (3.6 / 5.0). Downtown Naples is about 45 mins away and good for a day trip. Walk along 5th Avenue for some high end shops. Our advice is to go there for the view, or perhaps a coffee / glass of wine, but get your bargains at Tanger or Miromar Outlets or the myriad or bargain stores like Salvation Army, Matthews House for some sweet treasures.
