We had a wonderful stay! The house was spotless and beautifully maintained, and the setting was absolutely gorgeous. The property manager was incredibly responsive and helpful, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Beautifully located and spacious house

We really enjoyed our stay as a family of 4. The house is very clean, spacious and very nice. Kids loved and enjoyed the pool and the beautiful view of the canal. If you are planning a stay in the area, this is an awesome house to stay at.

We definitely enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home! The cleanliness of the home, the patio/pool/lanai area, the quiet neighborhood, the canal…all made for a very relaxing and comfortable stay. We would love to return in the future!

This home was clean, well decorated and had all the essentials needed for our week! Would recommend!

We saw the property manager when we first arrived, she communicated very well and was available anytime. She met us the day of checkout and we appreciated her doing so.

Amazing!

We stayed in this house for a week. All our questions ahead of time we answered quickly. When we arrived everything was perfect and explained to us. The house is beautiful and extremely comfortable. We loved staying here.

The home was beautiful and the area all around amazing. Only issues is check in scheduled in the middle of the day 24 hours after arrival and checkout scheduled for 2 o’clock the day before departure. Other than that fantastic stay !!! Would highly recommend this property

Sunny southern Florida getaway!!!

Excellent property, clean and even nicer than the photos. The house is so quiet the pool was so refreshing and the location was perfect for us. Close enough to enjoy everything but just far enough out to avoid the busy roads when just running up for groceries or a quick meal at one of the local restaurants. Did I mention the pool!!!! Very nice property great management, will be visiting again.

Florida get away

We decided to spend Christmas this year in a warmer climate, just to change it up a little. The home we rented was very clean and in a good neighborhood. Check in was super easy , everything is new and a big plus there is also a heated covered pool in back. The property manager was very nice and professional. Would recommend staying here for sure.

Nice home

Nice home in quiet neighborhood. Only negative was a lack of paper products and trash bags. Not a lot to do in immediate area. But nice pool and lanai.

Clean property. Only one bathroom available due to broken one for the whole week. A 10min fix at the end attended to but unable to be fixed during our stay. A $34 late bill for electricity usage was a slap in the face. If issues like that don’t bother you, the place is great.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dem Ferienhaus wirklich sehr genossen. Alles war wie beschrieben, und die freundliche Verwaltung vor Ort hat uns bei allen Fragen und Anliegen super unterstützt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass wir am Abreisetag sogar etwas länger bleiben durften, da der Nachmieter erst am nächsten Tag anreisen sollte – ein wirklich netter Service! Das Haus war sauber, die Lage wunderschön, und der Ausblick einfach traumhaft: Beim Frühstück draußen am Pool konnten wir auf einen idyllischen Fluss schauen. Es war die perfekte Umgebung, um zur Ruhe zu kommen und die Natur zu genießen. Wir kommen definitiv gerne wieder! 😊

Beautiful property

This is beautiful property, very clean and comfortable with all the facilities we could wish for. The WiFi was great and we appreciated this as the properties we stayed in the week before and the week after had poor connectivity. There were only 2 of us which gave us more than enough room and we only actually used half the house. We We weren’t particularly lucky with the weather so it meant we only had a couple of days by the pool. Sadly the neighbourhood was quite badly affected by Hurricane Ian which meant there weren’t an awful lot of options on a cloudy day as there were no beaches open to walk upon but we visited Edison Mall, Coconut Point Mall and Fisherman’s Village at Punta Gorda so we made the best of things.

This property was just fantastic!! Wish it was my own home. After a couple days, it certainly felt that way. In the pool every morning and evening. It was a very hot week in the Cape.! House was super clean and tons of space! loved the view. At first it seemed a little far but got used to the location and was very happy. The management team was very easy to contact. they came in to welcome you and show you how to operate everything and where everything that you might need was. Just a great stay, amazing house and great team. Would definitely come back! Thanks,

Beautiful home inside and out! Home is in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Good location for many outings in SWFL. Of course a private pool is always nice to have. House, lawn and pool are all well maintained. Property manager was very responsive. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful home - 5 stars!!!!!

This house was perfect for our first family vacation! It was beautiful & it was very clean! The house was just the right size for us and it had everything we needed! The kitchen was stocked with every appliance & everything we needed to function as we’d function at home! The backyard & pool were incredible! We were in the pool every day! We had an amazing view of the sunrise & sunset every day, which made for incredible pictures! We loved this house & didn’t want to leave! The manager was so nice, super responsive & very easy to talk to! We’d definitely use this home again!

Beautiful and peaceful

This home is beautifully appointed and very guest friendly. The rooms are spacious ,clean and very open and airy. Sitting by the pool in the morning with my coffee, watching the plethora of beautiful animals was one of my favorite memories. We spent hours in the pool with the kids and there was a lot of pool floats in the garage. Considering that your in a neighborhood it’s is amazing how quiet it is. The check in and check out was very efficient. We will definitely recommend this beautiful abode to everyone.

Great Vacation Home

This was a fantastic place, beautifully furnished, new, and exceptionally clean. The location was a pleasant surprise making travel in and out of Cape Coral better than expected. The layout of this home was perfect for us and the Lanai and pool were awesome to spend time in with the canal view a plus to enjoy as well.
