Located on the bay, this two-bedroom Phoenix on the Bay II condo is tastefully appointed! Relax in the lazy river, enjoy the outdoor pools, or stay inside and enjoy the indoor pool and hot tubs.
This two-bedroom condo is located on the fourth floor. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need to cook or bake, and the living and dining area is spacious! The balcony overlooks the lazy river and has a view of the bay!
For our fitness-conscious guests, there is an excellent facility on-site, with free weights, cardiovascular equipment, and more. Also, there is a tennis court on the roof! There is a sailing camp along with multiple other organized activities catered to children throughout the summer months. This condo is an entirely relaxing resort in and of itself. However, the location is exceptionally kid-friendly with a fantastic water park, go-kart track, and putt-putt facility a short ride down Canal Road.
WHAT’S NEARBY
There is world-class fishing in the area. Kids and adults alike can catch flounder and speckled trout right off the pier. Or you can rent a boat slip and go straight out to the pass to fish! Gulf access is a short boat ride through the pass that can be viewed from the balcony. Excellent charter services with great success rates if you opt to hire a guide rather than venture out on your own. Boat rentals are also available in the area. Several outstanding restaurants are accessible within a quick boat ride or drive. Dolphin site-seeing cruises are available, and a very nice public park is just down the road. The Wharf is located about a mile and a half down the road with a marina, Rave movie theatre, outstanding shopping, coffee shops, ice cream parlors, a Ferris wheel, various restaurants, and an amphitheater featuring top-name artists. A designer outlet mall is a convenient ride up Hwy 59 in the town of Foley.
