About this property

Enjoy this 2 bedroom/ 2 bath condo located on the 5th floor at Phoenix on the Bay II. Sip your favorite beverage while on the large balcony that overlooks Terry Cove Bay and the gorgeous grounds and pool area. Spend the day floating along the Lazy River or relaxing by the pool. The little ones will enjoy the kiddie pool also. After a day in the sun, have a cookout in the large barbecue area and watch the boats come in and out of the marina. The indoor pool and hot tubs await you on those cooler days. It also offers a state of the art Fitness center if you feel the need for some exercise.

This unit, #2510, has a fully stocked kitchen complete with everything need to make some of the wonderful seafood that is available around here. The living room features a large smart TV so you can watch all of your favorite shows.
The Master has a King Bed, large flat screen TV, and a jetted tub in the private bath.
The Guest offers a bunk bed with a full size bed on bottom and a twin on top as well as a twin trundle underneath. There is also a smart TV located in the bedroom.

Phoenix on the Bay II is located about 4 miles from the Wharf which offers excellent shopping and entertainment, a movie theater, and a great concert venue.

Orange beach condo

Great place to stay for families. The condo is very spacious and looks exactly like pics. I was pleased at how clean the place was and the location was not right in town but 8 minutes away which we really liked.

Fall getaway

this condo is perfect for a couple or small family. Can sleep 6. The grounds are beautiful and actually have everything one would want for a relaxing vacation. You could take a ride in the lazy river, take a dip in the pool or just sit back on the balcony and listen to the fountain. I never even saw anyone else on our floor, it was like having the whole place to ourselves. The condo itself was beautiful and had everything anyone would need.
