About this property

We live on the main level of our home and offer the upper level which has a separate entrance, a den, kitchenette, master bedroom with adjacent bathroom, second bedroom and half bathroom. While our home is centrally located, it is a quiet neighborhood. We maintain good relations with our neighbors and are courteous about noise & parking.

WITH YOUR BOOKING REQUEST, please answer the following questions:

3) Are you generally quiet, courteous, neat and tidy?
4) What is the purpose of your visit?
5) Will you have a car and need parking?
6) The kitchenette is tiny and not suitable for cooking. Are you OK with not really cooking here?
7) While the upstairs has a different entrance through the side door, we sometimes have contractors who need access to the basement which shares the side entrance with the upstairs. The contractors would not be going upstairs, just downstairs. We would of course provide notice. Are you OK with sharing a common entrance with our contractors?

Centrally located in MIDTOWN ATLANTA, historic Ansley Park is recognized as Atlanta's premier intown neighborhood. Walk along wide, meandering tree-lined streets to the Midtown business district, restaurants, hotels, Piedmont Park, High Museum, Atlanta Symphony, SCAD, Georgia Tech, etc. We are 3 blocks from MARTA (subway). In addition to being convenient within the city, MARTA is an easy way to access the Airport.

Very nice hosts and beautiful place.

My friends and I rented this space for our stay in Atlanta. Max was very nice, very welcoming and always attentive if we needed anything. Located at a very quiet and nice neighborhood. Thanks for the hospitality. I would recommend anyone to stay here if they want to tour the city of Atlanta.

We are in our 50s and have a sweet rescue dog named Addie. We grew up in upstate New York, lived in Boston for several years and moved to Atlanta in 1995. Nick operates Terminus 330, an event venue Downtown. Max is a commercial real estate broker through Mandelis LLC. We love to travel, eat good food and take time to sip coffee and read the paper or a good book. We enjoy hanging out with friends, good movies, board games, walking our dog and riding our bicycles.
