***Beach Daze*** is the beach home you will want to escape to. It has first row views with a 2nd row price. It places you just steps to the soft sand and blissful waves of the beach. It is a great escape for you and your loved ones with all of the amenities of home.

Your private deck has a breath taking view of the sand and surf at all times of the day. If you are an early riser enjoy the glorious sunrise from your covered & uncovered deck in our brightly painted deck chairs! Remarkably, in the late part of the evenings the moon glistens over the water. It is a stunning sight for you to see.

During the day, enjoy your time at the beach, collect some seashells, discover some treasure, build sandcastles and just relax while your car enjoys covered parking.

You can come home to Beach Daze and enjoy the outdoor hot/cold shower, the barbecue pit, and a covered picnic table.

For wining or dining indoors, you have all of the amenities you need. You have a stainless steel double oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer and dishwasher. You have a nice supply of wine glasses, dishes, utensils, pans and glassware. The coffee pot, keurig for K cups, toaster, crock pot and blender are in the house for your usage.

The indoor table accommodates 8 and the large granite island accommodates an additional 4 guests. You can also enjoy AL fresco dining on the tables and chairs outdoors.

Another thing that makes Beach Daze the one for you to rent year after year is that it has 2 master bedroom suites, each with their own bathrooms and closets on one side of the house and 2 additional bedrooms on the other side of the house. The additional 2 charming bedrooms on the other side of the house have a bathroom tub/shower. One of these delightful bedrooms includes 2 charming queen beds with a captivating window view of the beach. The fun room contains 4 bunk beds with a tv/dvd player. You’ll never know exactly what treasures you will find neatly stored in this room……family movies, board games, cards, books and just maybe some great beach toys!

Beach Daze provides a full size washer and dryer too! Each of the bedrooms includes a flat screen TV.

The main living room contains a smart TV if you must check on the real world (or not). The internet service in the house has the capability to stream movies. The beach house also has an upgraded surround sound system indoors as well as outdoor deck speakers. Indulge in some island music either throughout the main living area or throughout the deck. Blue tooth capability makes your music options endless.

If your additional family member (up to 2) is a small dog, up to 25 lbs, they are welcome, We ask that you use good judgement and control of your furry family member. Please keep pets off of the beds and couches. A pet fee will be collected with your house rental of $25 per pet for the trip.

We want you to enjoy your Beach Daze rental every time you use it. To ensure you have no worries while planning your great beach vacation the purchase of travel insurance is recommended. (It usually runs approx. $40-$80). This puts you at ease when planning ahead for such an enjoyable vacation where you want to enjoy the great beachy outdoors.

We will provide linens: Sheets, pillows, comforters, bath towels, paper towels and toilet paper to get you started.

Items you will want to bring: beach towels, shampoo, toothpaste, toiletries, toilet tissue, paper towels, foil /ziploc bags, trash bags, cleaning supplies, sunscreen, insect repellent, first aid, charcoal supplies and your favorite condiments.
