Great central location in Frisco. Just needed a place to sleep and clean up between activities and this was perfect. Bottom floor parking garage was great, my new car was fully protected from weather.
This unit was perfect for my solo ski trip. Walk to downtown Frisco restaurants and shops. Short drive to Summit County skiing or over Vail pass to ski Vail or Beaver Creek. The indoor parking is great. The unit is nicely appointed and very clean. Probably a little tight for a couple, but certainly adequate. The property management company is accommodating and provided the necessary costumer service
A reasonably-priced studio condo one block off Main St
We chose this studio condo based on its location (literally one block off Main St) and its reasonable price. Check-in was easy and fast, and the property manager was helpful when we had a problem with the internet connection. We had an inside garage parking spot, which was really nice. Also, the building has an elevator, which made moving in and out easy. The condo itself was a little snug for us, but workable.

Cramped
I don't mind small, but this place was so cluttered there was no place for us to put our things. Closet and ski lockers full. Nearly every surface covered with kitsch. Furniture very uncomfortable. Great location, but that's about all it had going for it.

Hi Vicki, Thank you for your review. We are sorry you didn't like the condo. The pictures do give an accurate representation of the condo and it is priced accordingly. It would be hard to find a more economical place to stay in our area, not to mention with a garage spot and convenient location to Main Street Frisco. We will discuss your comments with the owner of the property. Thanks, John Forest, Bighorn Rentals
This unit is TINY, but honestly well worth the price considering you’re staying just off Frisco’s Main Street in the heart of Summit County. Despite what the rental agency listing had said, there was not a dish washer in the unit so dishes must be washed by hand. The fridge is also a mini fridge so you can’t fit a lot of food or drinks without additional coolers with you. The bed and sofa were also quite worn out and rock hard so if you like plush accommodations, the unit may not be for you. I would at least consider bringing your own pillow. If you’re a budget minded skier like me though, this unit is a great option for staying out near resorts like Copper, Breck, Keystone, and A-Basin!

Hi Ian, Thank you for your review. We are glad you enjoyed the property and its great location. Just wanted to add to your comments a little bit. First, the listing for this property doesn't say anywhere that it has a dishwasher, nor has it ever. Second, the listing does say that it has a mini-fridge. Third, this property is an economy rated one for us and it's priced accordingly. We are not sure how you could have gotten the idea it would be "plush accommodations" from the listing, pictures or price you paid. But it is clean, well-equipped for a studio, has a space in the garage, has a great location and it's a great value to stay in. Thanks, John Forest, Bighorn Rentals
The location is perfect and the view off the balcony was an unexpected bonus. It's a studio apartment with a nice sized bathroom. Kitchen was very well-stocked but it was a bit cramped. I wouldn't plan any big meals but it was fine for preparing breakfast and lunch. Doesn't really matter because you're a block from Main St Frisco with lots of restaurants within walking distance. This unit had an assigned underground parking space and the building has an elevator ... very convenient. Property was very clean and Big Horn Management did an exceptional job when we had a minor issue. Check-in & check-out was a breeze.
This was a cute little loft type place. Great location, only a block from main street. Process to get keys, etc., was easy. The window shade that was on other reviews still wasn't fixed and the bed was not good. Overall, though, it was decent.
