Nice Vacation

We loved this property! The pool and hot tub were perfect. The house was very clean and inviting. If we visit Cape Coral/Fort Myers again we will definitely stay here.

Beautiful Cape Coral Thanksgiving getaway!

Beautiful property, it was the perfect getaway for us ! Management was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We loved the hot tub & pool area and enjoyed runs & walks in the neighborhood! Fenced in yard was perfect for our fur baby

Spring Break 2025

Absolutely the cleanest property we have stayed at. The outdoor area was especially lovely-huge screened in area and amazing pool and landscaping. And did I mention the hot tub? So relaxing! The manager visited and took care of 2 minor issues. We loved our American Eagle vacation!

Backyard oasis

My wife and I enjoyed our stay very much. The outside area was awesome, The place was kept immaculate and the Kitchen was well appointed and the grill was great. We made a mistake on the reservation and thought we were supposed to check in on Saturday. We contacted the host and they quickly got back to us saying we could extend our stay. They even let us check in early. The only negative is that the door lock is old school and should be updated to an electronic lock

Beautiful and peaceful Getaway

We absolutely loved our stay at this property!! The pictures do not do it justice. This pretty home had everything we needed including a generous patio area for lounging and dining, a lovely pool and hot tub combo that created a bit of a spa-like atmosphere. It was my favourite place to curl up with a book and enjoy the sun. The yard is completely fenced in which was a nice feature as we have a small dog. The home is located in a quiet mature, friendly neighbourhood. The kitchen is fully stocked, the bedrooms were all very cozy. The master bedroom is very generously sized with an ample walk- in closet and pretty ensuite. Lots of towels and extra linens. Very organized and personable team managing this property --check in and check out was a breeze. We loved our stay and truly did not want to leave. Looking forward to a return visit!

The hot tub was actually hot which was refreshing. A lot of verbos you stay at the hot tub just has Jets but this actually got hot! The host was very communicable easy to reach and we were able to extend our stay one day due to a snowstorm very accommodating it very clean. A few biter issues we had were quickly taken care of by the host. Definitely would recommend!

Disappointed

Our stay was for a month. I have been renting properties in FL and the USVIs for 15 or more years so I understand things stop working at a property. But I have never stayed even a week without them not being addressed, and have never received the response to issues I consider major ( dish washer , automatic garage door not working, among along with a few small problems that would have made it a lot nicer stay if addressed.) Response was “Owners will fix on their visit”??? I read the reviews before renting and do think this has been a 5 star property in the past. Nice pool and spa and house is very nice but worn.The living room furniture is very worn and only 1 TV in the whole house. But the lack of even attempting to remedy these problems that were existing when we arrived and were there for a month really upset me. Only wanted what I paid for or at least an honest hearted attempt to make them right is what really brings this down to a low rating. Hope owner “ gets it all fixed during their stay” so next renters don’t have to be disappointed.

In fact, we can understand the displeasure, as not fixing things right away is not one of our usual practices. The house was sold to new owners who want to take care of many things themselves in April. So the house will receive updates soon. However, if the repairs were really relevant, they would have been taken care of. The dishwasher, which is now being replaced, was still functional, just needed a second run sometimes, and we don't offer an automatic garage opener. However, we apologize that our guests did not feel 100% comfortable, but we are sure that the new standard will lead to full satisfaction.
