Ocean Front Building 5 stars amenities My Large and comfy apartment by the pristine blue ocean is a perfect launch pad for your stay in South Florida. 3 bedroom and 3 bath with plenty of room for up to 6 people. Nicely appointed furnishings and clean decor. Private beach, two story gym, spa, heated pool, bar etc. An apartment with central location wedged between Hollywood, Aventura and Sunny Isles. Parking included.Walk to supermarket or explore neighborhood's restaurants and shopping.
*****During 2025 south pool will be closed and under remodeling.
North pool and adult pools will remain open as usual.****

Beautiful, modern, bright condo in a luxury property on the beach.

The Beach Club is still a very modern, happening place. The huge pool deck and pool footprints are probably unmatched anywhere in South Florida. And the pool-side restaurant/bar is very handy and the food was much better than you would expect. Our host met us late on a Wednesday night when we arrived and gave us a great orientation of the very high-tech, modern apartment. She made us feel like we were at a hotel with welcome gifts and several toiletry products provided. During the rental period, we had a few issues with the valets parking other cars in the condo’s private parking spot, but we managed through it. Would love to stay at this condo and property next season!
