About this property

Beautiful Home just minutes from Kennebunkport center and Goose Rocks Beach.

This spacious 4 bedroom colonial is set in a beautiful, private, wooded setting on a cul-de-sac halfway between the heart of Kennebunkport (Dock Square) and Cape Porpoise. After a day of shopping, sight seeing, boat rides, dining, and/or relaxing on the beach, wind down on the large front porch with a good book. This charming front porch is a great place to enjoy your morning cup of coffee as well! A large, grassy yard is great for kids who love to run around and play. You will find a new gas grill on the back porch for all your grilling needs. There is also a 2 car attached garage and plenty of parking.

In the home, you will find a large eat in kitchen with a new fridge, gas stove, and an island that opens to the dinning room. The living room has a wood stove, flat screen TV with with Roku and wifi. Additionally on the first floor, you will find a bedroom with a queen bed, a playroom with a futon and toys for the kids, and a half bath. Upstairs, there is a large master bedroom with a queen sized bed and an attached full bath with a tub. Two more bedrooms are located on the second floor, one with 2 twins and a full, and the other with a twin and twin bunks. There is a second full bathroom with a tub/shower and a laundry room for your use on the second floor as well. Our basement has a newly finished rec room with ping pong, darts, and a large TV.

The quaint center of Kennebunkport (5 minutes away!) is a truly magical place with shops, restaurants, activities, and beautiful views. Be sure to check out our favorite place, Goose Rocks Beach, less than 10 minutes away. A beautiful sandy beach that is the perfect place to swim, go for a romantic stroll, sunbathe, and relax all your cares away.

NO pets and NO smoking in the house. We ask that you bring your own sheets and towels. Beach chairs, boogie boards, and beach toys are provided for your use. Check in is at 4:00PM on Saturdays and check out is at 11:00AM the following Saturday. Enjoy your stay!

Enjoyable retreat

This lovely home checked all the boxes in order to accommodate extended family all in one spot! It was secluded yet centrally located with so many options to visit local beaches, shops and restaurants. Owners were responsive to my pre-booking and pre-trip questions. We felt very welcomed!

Lovely Stay

Thoroughly enjoyed our family reunion here in Kennebunkport and in Matt and Leigh's home. The home was comfortable and had everything we needed for a week long stay with 3 young children, while also working remotely. Owners were super responsive, and quickly addressed any questions and concerns. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a memorable, beachy vacation!

Kennebunkport Vacation

Our family of 8 had a wonderful stay in this home! There was plenty of room for our large group. We loved having coffee and cocktails on the front porch and campfires in the backyard. Its a great location - short drive to Dock Square and the beach. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The owners were very easy to reach and were responsive when needed. Check in and check out was a breeze!

The home was lovely and very comfortable. It had all the amenities we needed. We especially enjoyed the beautiful front porch. It's super close to everything, but also offers privacy. The property is beautiful with surrounding trees. It offered plenty of room for our entire family to hang out. There is an attached two stall garage which came in handy when we arrived and it was raining. The owners were super easy to get ahold of if needed. I recommend it 100%!

Wonderful family vacation!

My husband and his brother have been vacationing in Kennebunkport for over 60 years! For the last 25 years, they have brought along their families to pass the love of the area to the next generation. This house was the best place we have stayed at in many years! The home is beautiful and well appointed. It was large, allowing for everyone to have space when they needed it. No one felt cramped. The front porch became the place for evening happy hour and reminiscing. Communication with owners was clear, responsive and kind. Thank you!!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cette jolie maison. Nous nous attendions au prix de la location à avoir les draps et les serviettes incluses. Pour le nombre de lits, la maison n’offrait pas un grand nombre de verres et il n’y avait pas de savon pour faire la vaisselle. Cela nous a surpris! Sinon, tout était parfait! L’endroit est très bien situé, mais il faut une voiture en tout temps!

Spacious

This would be the perfect vacation home for a family with active children. (We were sit two.). Big yard, spacious rooms and hallways . Even a dedicated kids' playroom with little desk and chairs, cradles for doll babies, books and drawing supplies. We appreciated the close proximity to the center of K'port--walkable for some. In a quiet cul-de-sac, so no traffic. Very reasonable priced.

A hidden gem

Our family loved this house. Very spacious and private. It's also very close to the beach, only a 10 minute drive. Communication with the owner was terrific too. Do not hesitate to rent.

Terrific hosts

This house was clean and spacious, with a wonderful front porch, big lawn (front and back) and fire pit. Kitchen was modern and had everything needed for cooking and eating. Hosts were incredibly responsive and flexible. Would definitely stay here again and recommend highly. Location is perfect -- right between towns of Kennebunkport and Cape Porpoise.

Great Location between beaches

The house is a short drive to goose rocks and kennebunk beaches, well appointed with beach chairs, sand toys and even a full lobster cooking set. Very spacious and the fire pit was nice. Matt and Leigh were very responsive and easy to work with.

Summer in KPT!

We had a wonderful time staying in Kennebunkport! The home was spacious, and has a wonderful front porch that we ate breakfast on most mornings. We also spent many nights around the fire pit, which was the perfect way to spend a cool Maine summer evening. Leigh and Matt were very helpful and were extremely responsive answering any questions that we had. We look forward to returning to the house and Kenne soon!

Home Away From Home!

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood just 5-10 minutes away from beaches and center of town. The house was welcoming, immaculate, and had many of the essentials for the house and beach so you can jump into your vacation. It easily housed our crew of 9!
