Condo Graco 101 is located on the first level of Graco Condominiums, a low-density condo complex consisting on 2 condominiums of two bedrooms and two bathrooms and 1 penthouse of two bedrooms and two bathrooms, for 4 people per unit (currently available for rent only the condominiums). And it is located on the beachside in the golden zone of Bucerias, conveniently situated in an area close enough to the beach (just minutes walking) to live a revitalizing vacation and far enough away from the bustle of the busy streets to be in an atmosphere of peace and tranquility in complete relaxation.

Condo Graco 101 has been designed to provide the maximum level of comfort and relaxation to its 4 guests, therefore the master bedroom has a King size bed and a bathroom with jetted bathtub. In the second bedroom, the beds are optional can be 2 individual or 1 king-size according to your requirements and its bathroom has a large vertical shower, the new trend to relax and let the stress go off.

The living room has a flat Smart TV (works with Netflix) and is well connected through open spaces with the dining room and the kitchen to facilitate fluid interaction
In the kitchen you will feel like at home with its exotic granite countertop imported, its minimalist woodwork and its equipment of stainless steel appliances such as refrigerator, stove with gas oven, microwave oven, convection oven, toaster and blender to make your favorite cocktails.

Since the condo Graco 101 is located on the first floor offers the convenience of being just steps from the pool and the zen garden; and at the same time provides all the privacy you need because of its beautiful backyard with table and chairs, as its own outdoor recreation area where you can have your morning coffee.
If your group and / or family is larger than 4 people don’t worry and just let us know as we can arrange the rental of both condos together.

The common areas
The pool is on the first level along with its recreation areas with lounge chairs, a bathroom, and an outdoor shower to shower when you come from the beach or after swimming in the pool. And a Zen garden. Something interesting is that the pool has two levels one deep for adults and one less deep for children 8 years and older.
No doubt the roof is an excellent place to enjoy the sunrises and sunsets over the bay, not to mention sunbathing while you feel the fresh sea breeze caressing your face. On the rooftop, there are lounge chairs, a dining set, umbrella, a weber gas grill, bar with sink and a bathroom, which combined with the panoramic view of the bay and mountains form excellent recreational areas to spend a beautiful evening.

Escape to the beach using the FIBBA street access, there are plenty of fun activities for the whole family, from collecting shells and snails while walking on the beach, going through the buggy and paddleboard, jet skis and water games to just tanning while you are having a drink; to mention some of the various entertainment options that are now available in the area of Bahía de Banderas, the place where Puerto Vallarta was born.
Bucerias
Just 20 minutes from the international airport of Puerto Vallarta you will find Bucerías, a developing coastal town that has hospitals, banks, supermarkets, boutiques, hotels and gourmet restaurants, with the development and services of a city; and at the same time preserving the warmth of the people.
Its paradisiacal beaches are famous for being the best swimming beaches in the region, there are no stones and you can take walks around the beach feeling the sand at your feet.
Its unbeatable central location, allows you to know other coastal towns such as La Cruz, Punta de Mita, Sayulita and San Pancho to mention some gems of the Riviera Nayarit, which offer you a wide range of activities to do and settings as unique as jungle, mountains and beaches together.
