The Summit on famous Thomas Drive in Panama City Beach is the perfect place for your family vacation with on-site fun activities for everyone.

Walk to Hammerhead Freds and amusement rides across the street. Enjoy close by fine dining and shopping including Captain Anderson's, Grand Marlin, Pineapple Willy's, Dat Cajun Place and more right on Thomas Drive. Take advantage of the amusement and water parks (Shipwreck Island), the marinas with charter and party boat fishing or visit Gulf World with your family!

Your beach condo located on the twelvth floor has all the comforts of home and more. Enjoy the Tiki bar, watch TV or sit on the balcony taking in the salt air, enjoying the scenery and listening to music. You can relax on the sofa while looking at the most spectacular view of the ocean - it's as if you are sitting on a luxurious cruise ship.

The Summit is a gated complex with a 24-hour, private, security force. Entrance into the complex both from the street and the beach is tightly controlled.

Create your lifetime of memories with family and friends while having loads of fun at the beach.

We had an amazing beach trip! This property had everything and more for my family and I. We utilized the two beach chairs and umbrella down on the beach. We have owned this property for 18+ years and have made it our second home! We enjoy sharing it with others who will enjoy it as we do!! We are native Georgians and live in North Atlanta. We've been going to Panama City Beach since childhood and therefore decided to purchase a property there so we can go as often as we can!! Thank you for your interest!!!

We LOVE the beach and had to have an ocean view property! We enjoy sipping coffee from our sofa or the balcony and looking at that beautiful ocean that God created !!! We especially enjoy the sunsets from our balcony!!!
