About this property

180 m2 family villa at the gateway to the Médoc between Bordeaux and Lacanau

Single storey villa of 180 m2 consisting of 3 bedrooms including a master suite, equipped with a dressing room and a shower room with walk-in shower. The other 2 double bedrooms are 17 m2 with their own terrace. Spacious bathroom with bath, double washbasin and wc. Another toilet.
Large fully open family kitchen with central island overlooking the main room. Laundry with washing machine and freezer. Large outdoor terrace with garden furniture and shade sails to enjoy the pool has water of 4X9 m2. A barbecue is at your disposal. Large garden of 1000 m2 completely fenced.

Our house is ideally located.
At 35 mins from the beaches, you can choose between Lacanau very popular with surfers, Carcans more family or Le Porge wild, authentic and little known tourists.
Bordeaux center is only 20 kms from the house. You can also go there by bus or Tram.
For wine lovers, the house is at the doors of the Medoc.
1 hour drive, the Dune du Pyla, Cap Ferret are waiting for you!

Maison très bien équipée

Quartier calme, voisins aimables, commerces à proximité (en voiture), tout l'équipement sur place, grande piscine très bien exposée, beau jardin. Une petite réserve: si la douche et les toilettes sont accessibles en fauteuil douche (PMR), les entrées et les sorties ne sont pas adaptées à un fauteuil roulant.

Coup de coeur pour cette jolie maison dans le Médoc

Tout était absolument parfait ! La maison est très joliment décoré au style "cosy" comme nous aimons. Très bien agencée et propre. Endroit calme et reposant, lieu proche des villages pour les courses. Merci à Magalie pour son excellent accueil avec le cadeau de bienvenue. Tout est fait pour « se sentir chez soi ». Nous ne pouvons que recommander cet endroit dans une belle région des vignobles.

Heerlijke week vakantie gehad in dit prachtige huis met lekker zwembad. Huis is luxe en mooi ingericht, alles goed onderhouden en van alles voorzien. Een aanrader!

Très jolie maison bien équipée et spacieuse .proprietaire accueillant et Nadètte aussi ! La cuisine est très grande donc pour les amateurs de bonne bouffe idéal pour cuisiner ! Situation pratique proche de lacanau bordeaux et surtout des vignobles ! Séjour très reposant et secteur calme . Idéal pour un moment en famille à se pavaner autour de la piscine . Dernière chose , nous avons abîmé une chaise et les propriétaires ne nous ont rien enlevé sur la caution 👌

Une semaine au top. La maison est parfaitement agencée, la piscine est grande et la terrasse bien pensée. Les enfants (2 enfants de 3 & 6 ans) ont passé une superbe semaine. Le soleil était en plus au rendez-vous. Propriétaire toujours disponible (par Tel). On ne regrette vraiment pas notre semaine près de Bordeaux. On recommande !

Super séjour au calme avec tout le confort dans une villa propre et agréable.

Location conforme à nos attentes. Villa spacieuse et confortable à vivre. Piscine et jardin très appréciables. Environnement paisible et belle région pour des visites et profiter des plages de l'océan. Propriétaires sympathiques et disponibles. Nous garderons d'excellents souvenirs.
