Beautiful 3 rooms apartment of 65m2 renovated in a lovely scandinavian style in a building on the seafront of the Grande-Motte. 2 steps from the beach and a shopping mall, this apartment is ideally located to spend a stay by the sea.
A parking (box) under the building across the street so you can park your vehicle safely.
End-of-stay cleaning, linen and towels are not included in the price.

The apartment sleeps 5 consists of 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with a small bed and a double bed in the living room's sofa.
You will also find: Storage closets, washing machine, dishwasher, pyrolysis oven, microwave, large fridge, ceramic hob, Nespresso coffee machine, 58 "giant TV with many channels (Orange) and cooking utensils galore!
The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and toilet are separated.
